Love yourself, no attacks, only guidance.
No obsessive deliberation but only a consideration when needed.
Breathe first.
The very thing instance we find ourselves pained, panicked and jolting, it is the very moment to heed our deepest sympathy
Impulse is a mechanism of survival, and so it is a dire thing indeed in such a society one should feel such a desperate impulse to act.
The necessity of routine should not induce someone to such a sudden rush, if it is not the matter of life or death.
If it instead is a simple as a boundary of time, a few minutes here and there is not the cause of grief.
We should not ask someone to be strong, or to frame facing suffering in a manner that requires it to feel this way, we should ask only if they need aid or to be heard.
Our only contract with ourselves is to offer ourselves that same aid and ear.
Even if the matter of turmoil, stress or pain is itself merely a perception, discounting it can’t be made to be a discipline, to make someone surrender humanity for clinical precision.
Offer ourselves the guidance, the only simple tenants that make us well, following our individual needs.
In a grey world, this is the few items that can feasibly be bound as simply.
But once those are to be fed, those chemical needs, those fixed by the biological body, only then can we begin to rest.
Face your pain not like those stepping on hot stones, but instead observe as much as possible, just with a steady breath.
As much as can be, and let observation discern the reality of any impulses consideration, if this is as dire as we believe.
One step at a time, the past can only comment upon now with memories not reality, just like how the future cannot be bound to such loose prediction.
Nor should it ever be used to weaponise guilt upon someone including ourselves.
All that matters is health now, there is no rush to the end, we miss nothing but now if we live to such despair.
If we have survived and we have built a place for us to attempt to thrive, then it is only now we should help ourselves and anyone else to thrive.
