Heroin Moving from east to west coast...

So, I'm from NJ, but I will be moving to Seattle, WA with my BF and his friend soon. I know that over on the west coast it's mostly Tar heroin, but is there any chance I'll find powder? I snort it, so tar won't work. I was also wondering general prices? I normally buy in bulk, so I would probably buy bricks(5 bundles or 5 grams.) at a time. I'm used to getting Bricks for no prices, what about you guys?
Any other things I should know about Heroin in Washington?
