last blissful night
i was a movie girl
i made my confession
to your startled eyes
and i finally felt that tick again
that little tick of utopia
a compliment to my blush
a witty remark to a kiss
oh, what a wonderful interruption
an embrace in the thick fall air
im tiptoed and nervous
it couldve been hours
i wish it had been
barely balancing my grasp to you
on uneven sidewalks
under yellowing streetlights
and seemingly you dont care to notice my faults
you care not for my mistakes or misdoings
i think you actually see me
through my edits and costumes
for me
and i cant beleive it
and im so very sorry
for not playing my role any earlier
....i just needed practice
and a few revisions
to prepare for something
someone
quite like you
