Hey guys, I am concerned about <myself because I> just IV'd a 60 mg morphine sulfate CR but was paying such little attention that <I> cooked the whole pill without removing the time release coating. <I> cooked it down to a milky very thick consistency and filtered. <I> then proceeded to slam away,a few minutes after doing so <I> began to feel very sick and <my> arm became tender... Now what worries me is that <MY> FINGERS ARE SLIGHTLY DARKER AT THE TIPS AND A LITTLE BIT NUMB. After approx. an hour my <I>have begun to feel slightly better.
I am concerned that some of the fillers or time release may have gotten into the rig, is this a likeliehood? and will this problem correct itself if it was a miniscule enough amount??

so my question is this... Do ya'll think that <I> will be ok, if i continue to observe the symptoms and watch over until the morning?
if symptoms worsen at all I will go immediatley to the ER.

<I have> been up studying for the past day and a half on adderall and <haven't> eaten in the same amount of time. Do you think that this may have something to do with it??

Much love and appreciation,

Thank you for your timely and considerate responses

Yea that sounds like it could be bad im not sure anyone can tell you anything other then to go to the ER if you start getting bad symptoms. I banged a morphine ER like one time and im still alive but I made a concerted effort to make sure I didnt suck up the plastic shit. did you check the barrel to make sure you couldnt see any particles before you shot it?

^^ definitely, even with a description or photos we couldn't tell you if it is okay or not over the internet - there is no substitute for getting yourself checked over by a doctor face-to-face. The fact that your fingers are feeling numb and are discoloured is concerning - hopefully you are fine, but I really think you need to get this checked ASAP. It's not worth the risk.

For the future - never cook up pills! Opioids are soluble in cold water - heating them just causes nasty stuff to disssolve too which then enters your veins, and you really don't want that. Also, please make sure you always use a micron filter when IVing - micron filter megathread.

Given that you cooked the pill and the solution you shot was milky, I'd say it is a certainty that some fillers/binders got into your veins. Hopefully this once you will be okay but this definitely concerns me, alongside your symptoms - please get yourself to the ER and have it checked out!

Good luck <3
