I like to use the same thing as when I have a sore throat to help my throat after I roll - Earl Grey tea with a few teaspoons of lemon juice (antiseptic, helps with swelling) and some honey (soothes), I gargle with it a few times as I drink it and it really helps. Try to eat some soft food for a few days and avoid spicy food. I know your pain, good luck!
In the future try to have something soft to chew on when you roll if you havent done this already (I use an iPod case haha)
