We can all be outraged about it, but it's that sorta, "There outta be a law!" mentality that got MDMA put into the unregulated (i.e. black) market in the first place.

Personal responsibility, people. You do something stupid, you pay the price of the consequences. Trust me, that woman'll have payback on her hands in about 8 years when her daughter's acting like the woman her mother's raising her to be.

lacey, thanks for the heads up. your post makes a lot of sense. Its helps to bring the truth back home that not everyone lives in the same circumstances and has the same opportunities as what we do here in Australia.

Needless to say that behaviour is indefensable. What if it had ended fatally? I wonder what the law prescribes for such an offense. They looked like minors, although if you have a child, maybe that changes.Do you think they could prosecute just from the video. I didnt actually see her give the kid any pill, although it's clear (probably had it 30-60 mins back). I couldnt even imagine WHAT that would be like at such a young age. Thing about being a kid is that effectively your always in some state near ecstasy (well assuming all things are "normal") in the sense that novelty is everpresent and everything excites you.Well perhaps not that strong, but overall awe andwonderment. That's really the reason for doing these drugs, to feel like a kid again. I cannot beleive that the poor girl's brain wasn't fried. Who knows what happened to her after.

But as someone raised the point, WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU POST THAT VIDEO!!! it's so incriminating. Shocking that even that level of common sense evades some people.
 
I am outraged and speachless. As a mother I can't even fathom how sick and fucked up you have to be to give a child drugs of any kind.

Aren't we supposed to be protecting our children? I want to shake the shit out of this bitch. I'm so upset I can't even get the right words out.

that child shows no signs of someone who's rolling. i bet a kid her age would start crying and be afraid if they'd actually been givin an e pill. the sudden change in how they feel would more than likely frighten them alot. those ppl should obey carseat laws tho, and i'm not defending them.
 
this sounds absolutely outrageous. That mother should never be allowed to go anywhere near her daughter, ever again.

So let me guess, if the cops would have been able to have found this kid in time to give her a drug test and she tested positive for x im sure u might say that the cops "planted it" because of the video!

To the mods......I am sorry,u are right there wasn't a need for the personal attack and u guys know I am usually NOT like this....but i have no sympathy or mercy for ANYONE who would endanger a poor helpless child who knows no better and cant defend themselves! I was a Marine so that I could protect those who would not or could not protect themselves and I wish with all my heart I could have been there to protect that poor child from that abuse,any abuse she has seen in the past and the further abuse I am sure she shall recieve!

k lacey i showed my bro (metro las vegas cop) this video (yes even they surprisingly have heard of it,even though they arent obviously pursuing her since she lives in,yes, Dallas Fort Worth!) and here is how the legality would stand here!

1) Child endangerment for NOT havin the child in a proper seat restraint...in her case my bro said they would EASILY be willing to give her 3 counts of it! and obviously it would more than likely hold!
2) I forgot the wording but they CAN charge her with I forgot how he worded it but it does pertain to giving illegal drugs to a minor (seperate of those other 3 counts!) This would be a depending on the jury charge because they might find her guilty of it for sayin (U listening C ) that she gave the child X! now obviousy with no drug testing for blood it may be tricky,my brother said hair gets kinda thrown out because dandriff is a popular defense tactic by sayin "she lives with drugees" Even though there is no guarenteed conviction on this one it would be charged to GET THE CHILD AWAY FROM HER!!

Now mind u this is in Nevada!! I lived in DFW (Burleson County,u know Kelly Clarkson's hometown!) and belive Ron White when he said "other states are gettin rid of the death penalty....mines makin an express lane!!"

Actually because of the way that children respond to certain things, it could be very likely (based on their dress) that they had just given her the pill.

What i don't understand is what the girl with the Towel, (who's face you never see) was hitting her in the face and the back of the head.

When I first saw this video I totally thought it wasn't real, the girl is at the age where she mimics things to act like the older children.

I am still puzzled as to who was driving these kids...and why they didn't say anything. Which is indication that she didn't care.

After viewing it a few more times I realized that isn't fake, the girl is prolly starting to have the oncomings of the pills she took and also since the video was only what maybe 4 min long there is no way to tell if the child was feeling the full effects.

Plus like I stated before they were in towels--Which to me indicates they were either at a pool or some type of water park, just getting out of the park and into the car to go home, I bet you don't believe it to be real because these were just the oncomings of the drug.

Still I believe this to be legit and I have done my part in making people aware of this type of behavior....it makes safe drug users look even worse because of shit like this going on.

I wonder how long ago this was? Bottom line people are fucking dumb!

Yes, here in America a simple video can land you in the clink pretty easily. In our "culture" something that's more or less incredibly stupid will be posted on YouTube and if deemed morally shocking enough it will promptly be shown on The Today Show the very next morning with fucking Ann Curry or some similar dolt looking disgusted and somewhat offended, along with some sort of legislation to soon follow.

Btw, the DFW in my name = Dallas/Fort Worth(Texas, USA). It's also the area that brought y'all the pot smoking toddlers a few months ago! WhooooWEEeee Cowboy!!! =p


Besides giving the child X, What's with all the tapping her on the face and shit with the RAZR and grabbing her face and eyelids like that?? I don't even do that to my dog!

I finally decided to watch that video, and I had to stop it less than half way through. I don't like kids and would never have one of my own, but that was fucking distressing to sit through.
