Nucynta, This stuff is amazing, but you cant snort it. So it must be swalloed or my personal favorite, injecting! The rush is better than H, you taste a very minty taste in the back of your throat and i get so high I will be hallucinating people are there that aren't have conversations with them, also hearing voices. they come in 50 75 and 100 mg pills, i usually get the fifties and do 3 in a shot then a few minutes later 3 more, and if you really wanna be fucked up, wait another 10 minutes and do 3 more. I've gotten the orange 75 mg ones and they are even better, you can just do two and feel a very dope like high, but stronger. I'm surprized this drug isn't getting more popular yet, It burns too much to snort, but injecting it is amazing, If you've never tried it, try it you wont regret it. And for your first time dont do over 150 mg because its can get pretty intense. Does anyone else think this drug should be more popular, its like a weaker OC, it quite amazing,

looks interesting - i'd never heard of it before you brought it up on this thread, and i thought i was quite up to date regarding all the opiates! however it looks like it hasn't been studied very much - i think that would concern me. you'd have to be very careful regarding dosing it.

for me the most under-rated drug is levorphanol, 2mg was a lovely stimulating dose - combined with all the lovely feelings of opiate euphoria. i was lucky to get one 2mg tablet a long time ago.

diconal is the holy grail of opiates which i am also fortunate enough to have tried, not many people mention it, yet i think they know how beautiful and orgasmic it is tbh.

Nucynta is a brand name for tapentadol. Tapentadol is a μ-opioid receptor agonist and a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, (it is also an agonist of the sigma-2 receptor agonist, although no one really knows what that does). Tapentadols effects are similar to tramadol or oxycodone, but closer in potency to tramadol than oxycodone. Tapentadol is a very new drug, having only come out in the US 3 yrs ago, the UK 1 or 2 yrs ago, and Canada 1 yr ago. We do not know the potential risks of injecting it (aside from overdose obviously, which could definitely be lethal and has not been studied so who knows what exactly could happen in an overdose, it may be easier to OD or have additional effects from a pure opioid overdose) and I would not advise injecting it. Furthermore, injecting pills without a micron filter is a bad idea, who knows what dangerous inactive ingredients it may contain.

I don't think this thread has any harm reduction value, it's mostly about encouraging people to inject drugs!
