Most public place you've smoked trees/done drugs.

On the mall in Washington DC, right next to the Washington Monument on 4/20.
 
Outside the police station in town.
There used to be a nightclub up stairs in town here, and just around the corner is a little cop-shop. I once smoked a cone out there in a small pipe with a friend one night.
Pot here is decriminalized (ACT, Australia) so even if they did bust me all I had on me was worth a $50 fine or some shit.

Ummm... when i lived in Montreal it was at my school - there were people smoking joints every where... it was so damned cold outside that the security guards didn't bother to come and bust us...
apart from that, at concerts, in cars parked in public parking lots.... nothing exciting... walking down Enmore Road one time... pft...

San Diego Zoo
Disney Land, on 'its a small world' and in line for one of the rides [it was that HS grad night, so no kids were around]
Walking around various downtown areas
UCSD- price centre, library walk, round table, etc. during busy times of the day
...Trust me, the smoke dissipates very quickly- especially if there is a breeze, and you are walking along-- never got caught, sometimes people would look and nod or smile...
 
At Busch Gardens Theme Park. My girlfriend (who wasn't my g/f at the time) and I found some spot. Oh yeah, it was 4/20.
 
Hart Plaza in downtown detroit...
then again, i dont know anyone who hasnt smoked there..
i always loved smoking in my driveway before i had to go to work ... ( i used to go at about 4 AM so it worked well)

It was nice because my house was lake acess...so i'd just sit in the car watch the sun start to come up over the water...
it was a nice start to my morning...
 
Took shrooms and smoked weed inside one of Atlanta's nicest theaters "The Fox",
Smoked weed in the school bathroom and boxed my car in the parking lot and have snorted coke and meth in the bathroom "never been so paranoid", Smoked dank on almost every rollercoaster at sixflags magic mountain, and pretty much have smoked weed at every parking lot and apartment complex in my town.
 
I railed some adderral at islands of adventure and fogged out the bathroom at the hardrock hotel in orlando. that shit was cool there was a resteraunt there with huge hamburgers.
 
Smoked up at H.horror nights at universal. Triped/rolled/g'd out at islands of adventures (not in the same day). I railed a bean off my friends dash on the 417 at 5:00am on the way to an afterparty.
 
On some play toys in a park at night with walkers all around. The coolest plave i got weed though was in the back of Old school pizza it was sweet. Also in my car at lunch during school at a drive thourgh for wendys blowing in to a bag.
I also heard of a kid at are school that tired to in class but got caught.
 
When i was a freshman in high school. me and my friend would buy weed at school and smoke in the baseball dugout every morning.
 
Now, I remember this one time, there was a hospital being built. All there was of it was the steel frame, and some stairs made for workers so they could climb to and from the different levels of it.
It was night time, some friends and I climbes all the way up this one flight of the stairs, and sat on the second level of the hospital (which was completely just flat steel) and smoked out.
It was kind of scary, for one because of all the noise it was making, but for another it's not like we were exactly hidden from the world, I mean we were right there in plain view, I was beiong a pussy and saying "Guys we should go." Lol.

i was visiting there last year around this time and one night me and g/f strolling around decided to light up right there a few hundred yards from the capitol building. i was a bit nervous at first but after a few minutes i figured if they had us on their cameras and were gonna do anything about it, they would have done it by then. it was cool sitting there smoking, and comtemplating all the power to control peoples lives that lies there in that building.
i've also smoked ALL OVER the UCSD campus!

Haha, I was in DC selling weed and smoking ALOT at the Hemp Festival and smokeout which was going on a few blocks from the monument. People of all ages smoking weed, I even remember selling to a jamaican guy who brought his 5 yr. old son with him. I had never seen so many hippies in my life. There were 50 yr. olds playing hackysack and stoned as shit it was hilarious. I'm definatly going next year.
Yet, I would have to say... the most public place I ever smoked was in the boy's bathroom of my highschool right next to the lunch room during lunch! Haha, it smelled up the whole bathroom and everyone was talking about it. I got out of there before they sent security in and made everyone in there go to the office.

I'd have to say dropping Acid on the Town Hall steps in Sydney. I was sitting there enjoying the buildings melt, a group of fundamentalist christians singing "Amazing grace" across the road and a homeless guy trying to sell me a magazine.
THEN I went to a nightclub to review it...
