Anyone offhand know what the most potent CNS stimulant in terms of the ratio between the amount of substance and intensity of fx?
are there any stims that work at the microgram level?

I think the most potent CNS stimulant has yet to be synthesized. I've seen an article which stated that 4-bromo-methcathinone had increased potency over methcathinone, and given the similar structure of methamphetamine, you could probably do the same. Of course "increased potency" isn't likely to be the only effect, it's possible there could be some weird side effects or increased neurotoxicity.
