Most Painful Drug You've Sn000ted, Railed, Racked or Vacumed Up with your Nose

Insufflation is my favorite ROA. Everything Ive snorted: Meth, Ketamine, Oxy, MXE, 2C-E, 25i-NBOMe, Methylphenidate, Adderall, Dexamphetamine, Hydromorphone, and Heroin (the last two of which are the only ones that I have IV'd/prefer IVing even though I never will IV anything again).

Ive fucked up my left nostril to the point where its practically the only one I breathe through. The amount of air flow through it is like 5 times greater than my right nostril. Ive always hated snorting with my right because its never been efficient, or I just didnt train it up enough. Oh well.
 
MT-45(rc opioid) is by far the most painful substance I have snorted. The burn was several magnitudes worse than 2c-e or 2c-b.
 
2c-b wasn't so pleasant. Based on the reviews, I did think it would be worse than it actually was. I used to hate ketamine (when I had never sniffed anything before) but now I love it. Haven't sniffed anything besides ketamine, coke, and MDMA. M drips aren't nice but nothing compared to 2c-b.

I remember doing 2C-E for the first time, eyeballed I must've taken about 15-20mg to be honest and it's exactly as you described it. Felt like someone was power drilling my nose, was in the center of town too in the afternoon and ended up stuck at a bus stop that was filled with people, overwhelmed by body load and just being sick everywhere like I was some paralytic. Was truly tripping tits though. Seeing people pull their kids/hide them from your sight while tripping isn't too comforting though.

Definitely 2C-E, tried my fair share and it instantly always come to mind. No matter how much ketamine/mephedrone/mdma I've sniffed always 2C-E, found it 10x worse than -b and never sniffed others after that. Heard DMT is a bad one too, might be a competitor but never sniffed it. Ketamine has probably done the most damage to my nose though, because of regular binging in recent months. Although it's just left me with a bit of bloody tissue, only had a nose bleed 1-2 in my life, first was during mephedrone days from memory and latest was a few weeks back but was properly caining the k. Takes ages to sort itself out though, the 5 weekdays aren't enough!

the 2c's by far. as was said, snort, face catches fire, intense nausea and vomitting proceeded by tripping hard as fuck within the course of a few minutes. by the time the burn was gone I was goooone.
meth, well pretty much all stims aside from coke burn pretty badly.
dormin isn't too pleasing on the nose either.
 
^im glad someone else said ambien. I've never snorted any 2cs so I can't compare the two but if they're worse than ambien may god have mercy on your souls
 
Snorting 2C's is an acquired taste, Ive only snorted 2C-E but Im sure theyre all on the same magnitude. Once youve done it a few times, its no problem. Although my nose has been on a break for a year, so Im sure right now it would burn like a bitch.

Most people only do it once and say "fuck that" but I found the trips to be a lot more intense (which is a given) so I was like "Tripping within a few minutes and no nausea? Hell yeah that was fucking great"
 
MDMA honestly wasn't that bad. Ket burned for a little bit, but then I lost contact with my nose.

MDA was like licorice burning in my nose. Dear god. Meant to do a few lines until I was at 250mg. Did 60mg lines in each nostril, waited a minute. Said "Oh my god," and parachuted the rest. My pupils were dilated to balls within five minutes. Great fucking night. I was rolling hard for at least six hours.
 
the first time i snorted anything i used 2ce. feltkindabadman. nah it was fun
 
Vicoprofen...I know I know, I was a dumb ass when I first discovered opiates. :) I should have did my research but I wanted to get high right then and there, and I found the damn thing laying all lonely and forgotten in my Dad's bedroom. ;)

Ambien or Methadone would be a close second but honestly nothing bothers me that much anymore. My nose has seen so much abuse that I barely feel anything these days. I avoid that ROA because I'd rather have a broken nose than none at all. :D

Yeah, except on successive snortings even the first one felt actually good for me.
