I don't have any stories but dude, that is some funny shit.
 
some middle aged lady was dressed up in roller blading gear, with the elbow / knee pads / helmet, while cruising down the middle of a 2-way road in heavy traffic, waving to all cars she passed by with super bug eyes

but that whole area is messed up so nobody batted an eye
 
Me and my mate on E's one night at his house, he started to try and drink out of the ash tray!
He was well fucked, hallucinating his brains out. lol
 
This neighborhood drunk guy who works all day for money just so he can get drunk off his ass every night and walk around town leaning back, flailing his arms, stumbling over things, and talking to imaginary people in Jamaican trying to fist fight his hallucinations. Pretty sure he even sleeps outside every night. It's pretty creepy seeing him walk by though because he literally looks like a mumbling zombie.
 
When I was at the Emergency Room with my friend for a broken bone, this father brought his son in who "all he said is he took some Xanax". You could tell he was so fucked up. He kept slurring, running into things, falling asleep standing up, etc. I'd say the kid was 12 or so. I've been to many parties and I have never seen somebody so messed up lol.
 
I was at a gas station and I saw this woman (obviously ultra-high off crack) pretending to drive a car in the parking lot (arms stretched out as if holding a steering wheel & changing gears), and she parked her imaginary car. She never "exited" it or focused on anything else. Her pants were barely fitting on her body which exposed some of her ass. She had a pretty healthy & hot body for a crackhead.
 
The most fucked up I've ever seen anyone was a dude horizontal on the pavement outside a train station, not moving, eyes wide open. Dead.
