Most Euphoric Opioid? (with a twist, please read)

Well, a lot said oxymorphone. Hydromorphone is the metabolite of oxymorphone.
 
1) IV heroin
2) IV pethidine with promethazine.
3) IV morphine.
4) IV fentanyl.
5) poppy tea...i find it IMHO the most euphoric of the orally consumed opioids...perhaps the other alkaloids.
6)snorted hydromorphone...the rush is awesome, but it doesnt last for long, so it gets low marks on my list.
7) oral or snorted oxycodone....i mean, its pretty good, but I dont see the huge fuss over it that some people do.
8) tramadol...its mild/weak but the unique buzz of its opioid effects and SNRI effects make it IMHO a VERY enjoyable drug....far far above the other weak opioids (codeine, hydrocodone, DHC ect)
 
Heroin IV/Suboxone IV
Heroin snorting
Heroin smoked (though it is highly enjoyable it doesn't last long enough for me...the rush that is)
Oxycodone
Hydrocodone

Suboxone oral probably fits somewhere around oxy/hydro if not on top of. I don't really like oral...it makes me nauseous and I puke up the pill before it's done digesting. And I get too nauseous for too long on an oral dose.
 
Dilaudid IV 16 MG - 5 or 6 times a day about did me in! The rush followed by that glow, all too short resulting in too many return trips to the spike.

Wait, I am drooling now, I must get back to work!!!
 
Iv heroin is at the top of my list.
IV morphine is great rush but it has no legs.
Dilaudid (hydromorphone) IV is intense but short lived.
10mg lortab early in morning with coffee is a great way to start my day but the acetomenaphin causes stomach upset after 3 or 4.
Using hydrocodone with potentiators like say 3 10mg lortab + 2 500mg SOMA + 1 drammamine was the best mood I have ever achieved with oral opiates.
BUT NEVER EVER MIX ANY OPIATE WITH ALCOHOL!!!! that is asking for trouble.

I will agree about the tramadol. They will definately cause one to smoke a couple packs of cigs. a couple ultram + a couple SOMA has legs for sure.

ALL or most OPIOIDS METABOLIZE EITHER INTO hydromorphone or oxymorphone BEFORE THEY AFFECT YOU. SO THE ANSWER IS BASED ON WHETHER IT CROSSES bbb FASTER OR THE ADMINISTRATION ROUTE. SRY 4 CAPS. well that goes for synthesized opis. OG opis however all metabolize into morphine b4 they get u nice

No, most semi-synthetics, though they may be metabolized into their -morphone counterpart, are active by themselves. They are metabolized into those substances in the liver, not the blood or brain. If they needed to be metabolized before they had an effect then there wouldn't be a rush nor any immediate effect when IV'd.
 
I've tried a number of opioids, and everything pales in comparison to heroin.
But if we include combinations, then I must say that a few Actiq's added to a good heroin high creates a rather blissful experience which is hard to recreate otherwise.
 
I've had hydromorphone IVd to me three times and IM two other times in the hospital. Me likey!

For about six months, I had the oral version. I didn't get satisfactory results until I started plugging it. The change was so dramatic I never looked back.
 
I've never IVd anything but of the opiates I've done:

1) Heroin (smoked)
2) Fentanyl (sucked on the patch)
3) Oxycodone (insufflated)
4) Hydrocodone (oral)
5) Methadone (oral)
6) Hydromorphone (insufflated)

How I would love to try some oxymorphone
 
I believe that a nod is not necessarily euphoric, depending on the person. I know people that love oxycodone but won't touch morphine if you paid them, while others are the opposite. I think the nod is the most subjective euphoria of the opioid/opiate experience. With that being said;

From a perspective that focuses strictly on euphoria it would have to be either oral Fentanyl or insulffated (snorted) Demerol. Smoking the Fentanyl would also give you euphoria but it would be a much different euphoria than that of oral Fentanyl (think of really good crack compared with really good lines..it's euphoric but it's different). My personal favorite if its for euphoria would be oral Fentanyl b/c when you smoke it you definatley get more sedated as opposed to more euphoric, the more you smoke.

Demerol is euphoric simply because it's not really a true opioid, since it affects many, many receptors the main ones being the opioid, the antichlornigenic (sp) receptors that belladona affects, as well it hits the seratonin and dopamine receptors. Thus when taken insuflated in doses of 75mg-100mg you get a feeling that can be described as a rough draft of the fentanyl euphoria with a huge twist (but a good twist) to it. You can't nod out on doses under 75mg insulfated so you are stuck in this haze where you can't really nod out but you can't stay awake either. The experience feels like you would have 1-2 lines of really clean coke, along with a good/relatively solid dose of hydromorphone or something a bit synthetic like oxycodone, topped off with a dose of Benadryl that's *just* enough to make you sleepy and see small visuals (50mg-75mg).

My own personal favorite, and in my subjective opinoin it would have to be morphine insulfated (snorted), b/c it has the euphoria and a true stony high that I love. I don't really like the synthetic or semi synthetic opioids b/c they're too upbeat and you can't really catch a nod unless you focus on it or try but with morphine its hard not to catch a nod, even when your standing up. After morphine it would have to be either pure codeine sulfate/phosphate or hydrocodone, I could honestly care less. I would have pure codeine pills over oxycodone pills anytime of the week for the same price or more even just because I like the stony, mellow high. The third favorite would have to be methadone which if you don't take daily (neither narcotics) you can get very high and euphoric from it in a stony way like morphine. The reason I put it 3rd is because I find the others more euphoric.

BTW, Hydrocodone is extremily rare in Canada where I live, and I have been looking around for years! I believe that Vicodin is more available in the States than it is in Canada. Where I live the streets are flooded with Dialudids and Oxys, and Morphine isn't very hard to find either but I have never seen Hydrocodone other than once when my dad had it for cough and another time when a family friend got it also for coughs (in syrup form). What do you think Canadian blue and green lighters am I right on hydrocodones' availability in Canada? Demerol is rare as well but I have definatley been able to find it on occasions, but so is fentanyl...these things come on occasion and only if you know the right people or right places.

Def. morphine IV over Hydromorph.IV, the initial effect just seems to be more intense when it comes to long-term use tolerence build-up.
 
Palfium _ Dextromoramide . Best high I've had better than H Methadone Oxy real nice rush and euphoria.
I'm pretty sure that Levomoramide is the levorotary enantiomer and goes by the name of Methadone. Pharmacology differs between the two whereas methadone is more stable and longer acting Palfium is like its criminal brother, a bit of a wild child.


BTW just checked and I remembered wrong methadone is not Levomoramide. Levomoramide is the L-isomer but it is pharmacologically inactive but still strangely schedule 1. I'd say that its because reflux with weak acids in a lot of organic compounds yields racemic mixtures.

Alright i'm about to speak the raw truth. Fetanyl has a very strong rush which is very euphoric, when iv'd.

Hydromorphone I had IM'D it was by far more euphoric then oxycodone or morphine.
 
Actualy Euphoria wise.........Id say
Mophine IV or Heroin IV

NO opie drug synthetic or natural has Ever been able to show superior pain relieving properties than morphine some are more potent/have less side effects/more side effects, etc...however Morphine is the best you can get for both pain and getting trashed. : )
of course morphines SEXY younger sister (Heroin) is just too fine not too fuck; whenever that bicycle comes rollin round town.. : )
