Most Euphoric Opioid? (with a twist, please read)

Dilaudid has the greatest euphoria hands down in my book. It doesn't have very strong histamine effects compared to other opioids for me so it feels cleaner than the others. Before I had a tolerance I really liked hydrocodone as well, but tolerance kills the fun of it before long.
I stopped taking opioids recreationally before oxymorphone was put back on the market, so I don't know where that falls. I prefered hydrocodone to oxycodone so if the relationship between oxymorphone and hydromorphone is analogous I'd probably still prefer dilaudid. Other than that I've taken pretty much every full agonist prescribed outside the hospital setting in the US.
For analgesia I think oxycodone is the best I've had. I love OxyContin, but I've never found it to be as enjoyable as the morphine derivatives.
 
Fentanyl, then heroin for me. Love them both but with regular use I struggle to get a good nod off heroin unless it's taken in huge amounts, but I can always get what I want from smoking fentanyl. Methadone would come third because it was nice at first but after a year of daily use it only serves to stop withdrawals from the other two. Have used pethidine but found that only slightly better than codeine, buprenorphine is OK if snorted so I would put that in there too, not had the chance to try much else.

I never mix opiates, what I dont understand is why the hell someone would mix a great opiate with crappy weed, "bud" or whatever you call it, because at least when I try that the crappy effects of the weed cancels out the pleasure of the opiate wasting good drug in the process.
 
Fentanyl was never super euphoric, IMO it just changes ones perception of pain into a neutral emotion(aka superb analgesia).With that said my list would be:1. Heroin 2.IV Hydromorphone 3. Oxycodone(not oral).
 
Hell yeah Hydromorphone all the way, slam 12mg's at once and you wont know what the fuck happend, better hold on your seat belt. INTENSE high, like serously, im addicted to these when I first got one. sucks, its the new herion down here.. :\
 
Morphine Orally is not Euphoric at all, even if its MSIR.

WOAH, uhh - morphine the most euphoric opiate? YEAH RIGHT. Morphine is the shittiest/No Euphoria/dirty - pukey opiate ever. I am talking about Oral usage here. I've tried Morphine IM'd, and it still was VERY shitty. I am not an IV opiate user, just simply because I don't want to go down that road, all its going to do is make things harder to come off in the long run. Also, IVing ANY pill is not meant to be done, and especially IVing Morphine (MSContin) :p You know all the waxy shit in the Red 200mg MSContins, and the 100mg Grey MSContins.. you know how bad that is for your veins? If anyone kept a habit up of IVing MSContin, you will eventually permanently fuck up your veins, and probably end up with Blood poisoning. I've gotten higher off taking 120mg of Codeine than crushing up an MSContin and swallowing it or snorting it. (I know Codeine converts to Morphine in the body.) But.. I just cannot see why people would rate Morphine so high, especially when Oxycodone is 1.5X Stronger than Morphine already. 8)

- I have tried snorting Morphine, even had an IM (Intramuscular) shot at the Hospital, crushing up MSContin really fine and then swallowing the crums and ABSOLUTELY NO EUPHORIA AT ALL, not even hardly ANALGESIA!

If we are talking about straight RAW Euphoria, well here in Canada anyway we don't have as wide of a selection of opiates as you guys do down in the US or Europe. Canada Health is really quite LACKING pharms big time (Christ we JUST got Buprenorphine here, but to get prescribed that it is SUPER HARD, most doctors always will put you on Methadone first here anyway, and no insurance covers Buprenorphine, and it costs around ~ $500CAD/month. Anyway, back on topic here. FOR PURE RAW EUPHORIA:

#1 OXY-IR 20mgs, or Supeudol 20mgs (INSTANT RELEASE OXYCODONE) - Pop 10 at once for a total of ~ 200mg and you are nodding all day long, and also the best rush ever.
#2 Dilaudid 8mg's (INSTANT RELEASE HYDROMORPHONE) - Pop about 8 of these at once, and you will get an amazing rush.
#3 Fentanyl patches - VERY euphoric if you squeeze some gel out and take a Q-tip and dab it inside your cheeks.
#4 Would most likely be Hydrocodone, but I have never had it here in Canada because it is never prescribed, or only prescribed to a few people that have Cancer. It's called HYCODAN here in Canada, and comes in 5mg Tablets with no APAP or other ingredients. There is also a liquid version, and also TUSSIONEX in Canada but I have never tried it, and it is impossible to find somebody selling these. (Although I have tried Vicodin in the U.S., but was not near impressed by it because of all the fucking APAP, and I didn't get to try a large dose of Hydrocodone.)


We do NOT have Oxymorphone here yet either, so I couldn't rate that one because I have never tried it.

I am on Methadone right now as I am on the MMT program here in Alberta, Canada. There are only 2 FUCKING clinics in Calgary and we have a population of 1.2 million people. :o We are lacking physicians like Crazy here, and there are only 2 doctors in this whole fucking City that are able to prescribe Buprenorphine, and they are pricks about prescribing it. They will make you start out on Methadone no matter what you say, you have to start on Methadone first. :\

For people that say "Canadians are so lucky, and have a free healthcare system", you are full of shit, NOTHING is "FREE" here. We still pay HEALTH PREMIUMS every single month, and prescription drugs are VERY expensive here as well, especially if its a new drug that just hit the market like Buprenorphine, and Lyrica (Pregabalin).
The only cheap drugs are Benzo's, but good luck finding a doctor to prescribe you a benzo, and if you do get prescribed a Benzo in Alberta, Canada (The province that I live in) - You won't be getting more than 1mg of Lorazepam. Doctors here also look at Xanax as the DEVIL BENZO, and the highest dose prescribed in Alberta, Canada is 0.5mg peach footballs. :X
 
From an opiate alone? Meh, combo's + potentiators can put you on a whole other plateau of euphoria if done correctly

You need to read my entire post before replying. I was not KNOCKING you in anyway. Show me where in my post did I knock you? Also if you would have read correctly, you would have seen that I already said that Oxycodone is 1.5X Stronger than Morphine. I've smoked a lot of Heroin, but I have never IV'd because its too cut with other shit in Canada here. I never found smoking Heroin that podent at all, I got way higher off of chewing an 80MG OxyContin than I did off smoking Heroin and taking about 10 hoots or more.

Yes I understand, different strokes for different folks. Hence why I dislike Methadone as well, because it is more similar to Morphine than it is to OxyCodone, and thats why I think Buprenorphine would be BETTER for me because it is derived from thebaine, which is the same thing Oxycodone is derived from 'thebaine'. Also, Buprenorphine is more stimulating and has more of an "up" type feeling than a super downer like morphine/heroin. I wish I could get on Buprenorphine right away, but I live in Canada, and you people that live in the US are a HELL of a LOT more lucky to have access to all those opiates and opioids. Hell, Canada does not even have Fentanyl LOLLIPOPS YET! 8o

Redneck Alberta is not the place to be if you are addicted to opioids. I need to save up enough $$ so I can move out on the Westcoast to Vancouver, or Vancouver Island, so I can talk to some more 'Liberal' doctors. :\

Potency and Euphoria are 2 very different things. Potency just means it takes less of that substance to have an effect. It does not mean that it is '1.5x better' than Morphine. This has no relation to what we're talking about.

If that were the case there would already be a winner, Etorphine and Carfentanil and co., and their even stronger analogues.
 
liquid Hydromorphone ready for injection amps, a nice 4mg 5 times a day work great for me, until I dont feel the warm rush, so bump it to 8mg. Wow now thats a fucking rush, makes me want to drop to the floor. and makes me think im full, i get the nice tummy feeling like i just ate a steak or something. IV use only :\
 
The more I think about it, those heroin/morphine studies may be a bit flawed. They only use former junkies (I'm assuming heroin junkies), and they already have a HUGE taste for morphine/heroin. Its always seemed to me, that first opiate a user falls in love with, they always have a soft spot for. Mine is hydrocodone/oxycodone.

I had a knee surgery and when I was discharged my fucking surgeon fucked up on the prescriptions and the pharmacy didnt ok them. In massive pain I had to call 911 to get pain relief and to the hospital. Although I had experienced stronger than vicodin before, I had only taken vicodin in the last six months. In the ambulance they IV'ed me 10 mg morphine through the trip and it gave a decent rush but when I got to the hospital the IV'd me dilaudid a couple times and it blew morphine away. If I had my own stash of that shit I'd be IVing it all the time. How good I felt from their recommended doses told me I could be in heaven with more.
 
I have had oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine, codeine, meprozine, tramadol and poppy pod matter.

I used to think that hydrocodone was nice. Until I tried oxycodone. Morphine is pretty nice (IV at hospital). But my favorite is the poppy pod matter, for the side-effect 'good' feeling it can produce in addition to the desired analgesia. I have chronic pain issues - so the euphoric side effect is just a bonus to me. If it was not for the pain relief, I would be in total misery anyways, and I do not think I would even be using any opiates. Back to the side effects: after using the poppy pod matter, oxycodone is not very euphoric to me, but it works fine for pain control. I never got anything worthwhile out of tramadol or codeine, not in regards to pain control or euphoria. I did try the Tramadol up to the maximum levels that are safe before increasing chance of seizures, which was about 400mg maximum dose that I tried. Almost nothing. No pain relief or euphoria. However, I did find that if I used large doses of the tramadol with my regular opiate dosage, it did add a nice extra effect. The meprozine is a narcotic mixed with a sedative, so it's worthless, as you are asleep before you can take enough for any other effect, and upon the next day, I felt horrible from the sedative.
