Most Euphoric Opioid? (with a twist, please read)

Consider you could choose from any opiod that is available (minus the ones that only exist in pharmaceutical R&D labs, ones that are biosynthesized after use, like 6-monoacetylmorphine, articles in medical journals about drug development). All of them would be a relatively high dose and equipotent, like how 2mg clonazepam is sometimes considered equipotent to 20mg diazepam.

With those considered, which opiod produces the highest amount of raw euphoria? Completely ignore all other effects: analgesia, ataxia, double vision, etc.
 
Heroin, fentanyl, and methadone are all very euphoric. They also happen to be 3 of the strongest opiates in existence :)
 
Why is 6-MAM not allowed? It's not only made from the in vivo breakdown of heroin, it would have been synthed and I recall hearing someone on BL talk about it once, probably one of the Advanced DD regulars.
 
fentanyl beat out iv heroin for pure euphoria in my book. i'd have to go with that...although i'm sure there are plenty of other opiates that aren't used much in the US that could give fent a run for its money.

but i just cant think of any drugs aside fent that had me texting everyone in my phone during work, just to tell them how much i loved them.
 
I'd choose oxymorphone iv'd.. then followed closely by some quality dope.. then i'd say fentanyl or hydromorph.. fentanyl just didn't and still doesn't have that 'bite' that I love so much from other opiates.. but I can say that oxymorphone was one drug that scared me.. rightfully so..
 
yea some really good heroin would be my vote. Hydromorphone is euphoric as well, but it doesnt last long enough. I like morphine a lot too, id rate that one pretty high. Has that great natrual high warm pins and needles feeling. i love it.

#3) Dextromoramide

#4) Nicomorphine

#5) Dihydroheroin

These would be my best guesses for most euphoric opioids that have been developed.

Depends though: What constitutes euphoria in your definition? Sedation, analgesia, histamine release, a combination of all of the elements that occur with administration of an opioid, etc?

Hydromorphone, Oxymorphone, Oxycodone, etc are no where near most euphoric. Thousands of opioids have been developed around the world over the last 100+ years, most of the highly euphoric opioids have already been pushed out of medical use by government.

Fentanyl produces the least histamine upon injection of the common potent opioids. It is very low in euphoria, as are most of its analogues. Potenecy does not gauge pleasure.
 
DEFNATLY A NICE QUALITY BUD OF SOUR DIESLE FOLLOWED BY a Percecet 10 mg!!!!! To me thats heaven and don't wana find out what the IV is all about, but I'm sure its fuck'n amazing!!! IMO my personal favorite euphoria is either a line or 2 of Oxycodone and a blunt of super quality Kind Bud!!!! If you need anymore, well then, you never had super home grown Kind Bud which only yourself could grow! I know cannabis isn't an opiate but its close......


2 Lines of Oxycodone, 1 percacet 10mg, and a Blung of some Killer Kind Bud=D <3 =D <3 =D <3

How is cannabis "close" to being an opiate? Your response is nowhere near touching the most euphoric opiate but I will say I'm not hating because I fuckin love to shoot hydromorphone or heroin and smoke some fine headies. As for the most euphoric opiate I would agree with BumpyJohnson's whole ranking order @ oxymorphone > quality dope > hydromorphone > fentanyl > oxycodone

tchort- i would LOVE to try any of those opiates you listed after diamorphine those all look incredible on wikipedia! makes me wish i was a cancerous, diseased european!
 
I ived close to every pill thats availiable (morphine, oxycodone, fent, hydromorphone, oxymorphone, demerol, methadone etc) and as others have said iv oxymorphone is the best by far.

It has an amazing dilaudidish rush(but stronger) and a great euphoria nod (like fent or methadone)

I'd agree with Tchort, fentanyl and the analogue I've sampled were nice but seemed to be lacking something compared to morphine or even codeine (though I'm biased, I love codeine ;)).
 
If it was any opiate ever I would pick Etorphine. But since it isn't I would have to choose Oxycodone. I have tried Hydromorphone, oxymorphone, heroin, and fentanyl but I still pick Oxycodone. For me, nothing gives me the more nods and more euphoria.

I don't care for synthetics anywhere near as much as semi-synthetics and natural opiates, so I'm biased against giving some chemicals any credit.
 
i'm kinda pissed that the only opiate i always have access to is oxymorphone. run into roxis/OC once in a while. maybe i should be more grateful, lol.

Any particular reason why? Or just a 'natural' drugs fan?
 
hmmm

well for IV I only have experience with dilaudid, morphine (hospital), and fentanyl (hospital). but of those dilaudid was, IMO, the most euphoric, but IDK if the dose was equivalent to what I got in the hospital, of MS and Fent, because IDK what I got.

SO, I will only address this question from an oral POV (lol)...
most euphoric, orally, that I HAVE HAD (so obviously not conclusive or absolute)
1) oxycontin (oxycodone)
2) fentanyl (smoking or rarely buccal [with mylan non-gels only]), when I first started was really euphoric; however, it has lost its magic touch and now I would put it behind hydrocodone. Despite this, the initial high I received the first couple months of smoking it was BETTER than the oxy high, but I have dropped it to number too because of the loss of magic. Actually, it is CURRENTLY probably 3-4 on my list, but again, the first couple months were so good, it has risen to the 2 spot...woot woot
3) MScontin/Kadian/Avinza [kadian being my favorite for some reason] (morphine)- while the 'high' isnt as good as oxy/fent, the nod is better / more intense than the oxycodone nod, IMO
4) hydrocodone :) .... who doesn't love norcos!
5) Methadone - obviously people who take it daily don't get high from it; however, I picked up a few and took ~60-80mg a day for 3 days and got pretty high. No nod or anything, but high
6) sizzurp (codeine)
