you want a serotonin releaser/ reuptake inhibitor and a dopamine releaser/reuptake inhibitor, ideally with minimal noradrenaline release like dextromethampthetamine

They all act on D2 if they are dopaminergic, but 5-MeO-MiPT interestingly enough does not yet seems to cause a subjective effect of sexual arousal. Its mediated through the serotonin pathways instead.
