Opioids Morpine inj by mouth?

Hello hopefully I'm posting in the right area. I was able to get 22.5mg morphine injection. Never have done morphine so no tolerance. I read online that taking the injection morphine by mouth would have little to no effect ? Is that true? Wanted to take a safe dose and see what it feels like and I've never injected anything before. Any advice would be appreciated. I would prefer to take by mouth if safe and I would feel some effect this way.
 
You want to inject morphine into your mouth, like you gums? Why don't you just inject it into a vein in your arm instead? You aren't going to hit a vein in your mouth so it would essentially be absorbed subcutaneously. IDK man sounds like a bad idea I'd say IV it and be very careful. 22.5mg isn't a huge amount IV. I took 200mg orally when i was 16 and i was fine. orally is only about 1/3 as effective as IV though so that would be like 60-70mg IV.
 
even with no tolerance, 22.5 mg of morphine is not going to do much of anything to you. two 10mg lortabs would get you way higher than 22.5 mg morphine due to morphine's low bioavailabitlity. if i were in your situation (not telling you what to do here), i would plug about half of it. but that's me, not you.
 
^oh okay I was confused. Probably just cause I'm high right now it seems so obvious to me lol

but yea it will work orally. morphine BA orally is like 30% if i recall correctly, but it wont be nearly as effective as it is IV. Probably going to need like 45mg to get a decent buzz going in my experience. I suppose take one and see where you're at.
 
If someone has never injected anything before I doubt they're really crazy enough to shoot their first shot into their gums like a lidocaine shot at the dentist. Eek.

22.5mg morphine orally without other CNS depressants should be a good dose for a first timer. We're here to keep people taking drugs safe, not get them higher.
 
I was just stating the fact, I'm not going to try to convince him to do it it's his choice. He'd probably be better off just taking it orally anyway if he hasn't fucked wit the needle. 22mg of morphine oral isn't much though. I would take quite a bit more than that long ago when i had no tolerance to get high.

maybe u can try plugging man. I think it'd be more effective than oral and a lot safer than IV. Though everyone isn't cool with sticking things in their ass lol
 
Thank you guys for all the responses and yes meant swallowing by mouth. Sorry on my cellphone not home yet. I actually do want to have an enjoyable experience. By mouth I don't think would have much effect I've read online as also mentioned here the bioavailability. My options are plugging I guess and injection. I probably am leaning more towards plugging if that's safe. I do have a clean unused needle and syringe it's just the fact that I've never injected. I guess I could plug and maybe split the 22.5mg in 2 doses to be safe? 22 really isn't a lot though I know what people get prescribed. I will be plugging I'll look up info on the best way to do that thanks guys.
 
Thanks I have a 5 ml syringe. Do you think for my first time 22.5mg is fine in one shot or should I split into 2 doses ?
 
Realistically, if you want to feel the morpfine, you should inject it, otherwise you wont feel much. Do i condone this administration? No, I think overall it is a bad idea, because you will get hella addicted to it, but as far as the efficiency of morphine via route of administration injection will produce the most effects.

good choice! as i said long ago on this thread....and by long ago i mean several hours ago! haha. i would recommend plugging half that dose. if it is liquid, you are gonna want to lay on your stomach and squirt it up your arse. sounds gross but it works. <3
 
Just wanted to report back. I plugged. I was really nervous at first and just excited I guess. The dose wasn't strong enough barely felt buzzed the 20 mg was to low. If I took it by mouth don't think I would've felt anything. If I ever get the opportunity again I'll take a higher dose. Thanks for the all the safety tips =) I slept great though haha
 
I'm glad you were safe.

Please don't let yourself get deluded like so many other opioid addicts who start to care more about nodding and getting extremely fucked up than being safe, it's just not worth risking your life over.

Most opioid addicts come to realize this, some unfortunately, do not, and those are the people at highest risk of hurting themselves and others.
