morphine wait?

So in the am i plan on doing 90mg of morphine sulfate plugged.
It would be 13 hrs taking my last 15mg pill insnufflated when i plan on plugging i did 90 mg all together today and i was wondering if it would be safe for me to take the 90mg plugged in the morning i just dont want the one 90mg dose from today to follow over to tomorrow and have myself od.
So what do you guys think?;
And does anyone have any experince with mixing tramadol and morphine?;
I plan on taking 100mg of tram on top of my 90 mg?
Sound safe?

I have a pretty high tolerance for opiates i can handle 90mg of oxy but i prefer 60mg

I know this is a Harm Reduction forum but i always feel uneasy about advising others on what is or is not safe for them as we're all made up differently and react to different things in different ways.

IMO if you have a pretty high tolerance to Opiates i wouldn't think your at too much risk of OD'ing of the doses you plan on using of the morphine.

Personally id leave the Tramadol out of the equation as im not a huge fan of Tramadol anyway, i dont know of any dangerous interactions between the two except adding to what slight risk there is of OD'ing, yet dont take my word on that one, one of Mods (effie? will hopefully provide an 'interaction checker and maybe Mophine and Tramadol will work great together.

I've taken tramadol and morphine together, the same dose actually, 90mg. The tramadol didn't have any interactions, but when you're taking such high dosages of other drugs it's really not necessary. I only take it for breakthrough nerve pain. If you're looking for a buzz you're wasting your time. Ninety mg was my prescribed dosage at the time, so you *should* be safe at that dose, but obviously at your own risk and it depends on your tolerance. Mine is wicked, so the 90mg dosage wasn't a big deal for me. Good luck, and have fun.

As far as i know the half-life of Morphine is only 2-3 hours so you should be safe.

no the morphine you sniffed 12 hours ago will have no cumulative effect with the morphine you're planning on plugging

It's good to be cautious about things like this. Morphine does indeed have a pretty short half-life so assuming you had nothing else in your system when you insufflated the morphine yesterday you shouldn't have a lot left now - a little though, and if you've been taking morphine for a while then you will have a higher build-up in your system.

Plugged morphine has a higher bioavailability than insufflated morphine (snorted 15-20%, oral 30%, rectal 30% according to this but I have seen higher figures for rectal too - can't remember where but consensus seems to be that it is stronger than oral..)

With this in mind I would not take 100mg tramadol on top of the 90mg plugged morphine, as it is already going to be stronger than the 90mg morphine you insufflated yesterday. 60mg oral oxycodone = 90mg oral morphine, so plugged is going to be equivalent to more oxy than that, plus a little residual morphine from yesterday - adding tramadol as well could be too much for you.
