Opioids Morphine vs. Oxycodone

Eaten or snorted--Oxy BY FAR. Morphine has a rather poor BA via this route

IV: It's a matter of personal perference. I like the oxy high more than the morphine high, but oxy lacks a rush.

Personally, oxycodone hands down
 
I prefer diacetyl-morphine, I like oxycodone kind of although it gets hard to get any kind of buzz of it when you're tolerant. I don't think I've done straight morphine besides in emergency rooms and shit and I was a kid at the time so I doubt it was more then 5mg. Oxycodone has much more of a mental high though, and when me and my friends were addicted to it we would just get pissed off when we were high. act like total bitches about random shit. on dope we'd be too faded to know what's going on.
 
For me it has to be oxycodone. The mental effect always seems to put me in a good mood though.
I have never IV'd a drug, but seems like it would be the best route to take morphine.
 
Done correctly, morphine hands down. In the bloodstream, morphines twice the potency/pwnage as oxycodone.

Oxycodone also though, dont get me wrong, it's a helluva good pain killer and it works well orally, but morphine works well via so many more ROA's hypothetically.

IV Morphine.... WOW. just wow. it's basically heroin.

IV Oxycodone..... stupid, no wow factor, only people with severe needle addictions shoot oxycodone and not because oxycodone is so great to IV (it's not), just to satisfy their needle fetish.
 
I never have administered anything by IV, but I know I always get higher from oxy than I do morphine. Sounds strange i know, then again maybe I have never had a right amount of morphine.

I love oxycodone. Oxycodone and morphine together is a quite awesome mix, I have to say.

that is simply not true.
 
I like morphine more than I like oxycodone, because I enjoy the high from say, smoking opium or plugging pharmaceutical morphine more than I enjoy eating some percocet or something, but I can't really say that I prefer one over the other, because they are very different, and if they were in equipotent dosages, I would have a use for either one of them: Oxycodone for the daytime, morphine for the night. Sort of like the difference between indica and sativa: you know one technically gets you higher, but it depends on the time of day, what you're doing, etc.

now if we are talking IV...morphine all the way. it was the first opiate i ever IV'd and it has a special place in my heart. the high from IV morphine is kinda unique, its almost trippy and dreamy. i love it. the nod is so heavy. plus the pins and needles you feel during the rush you can almost taste it as it goes through the blood when it passes into your chest and lungs.
 
Oral or intranasal def oxycodone, but if we are talking IV the morphine takes it. Oxy will always have a special place in my heart, but I havent had enough opportunities to try morphine on the same level I have with oxy.
 
no questions asked, oxycodone, ived, oral, or intranasal. i feel as if the nod is a lot stronger and sedative. i'm trying to remember if i've ever ived morphine, but from what i remember, never liked morphine as much as oxycodone.
 
For doing rails and or popping blues orally, oxy gets my vote. 20 minutes or so after i pop all the pills, i start to feel the warm rush, then soon after that great feeling, on comes the europhic feeling.

Morphines high is different than oxys. To me mg to mg oxy is superior.
