morphine vs heroin

^^^That's exactly what I meant. Morphine is MUCH safer than heroin (all things considered) because it is regulated. In most of the world heroin is illegal (switzerland and england have it available legally though) and is made in clandistine labs, then it is passed through many hand, getting cut to shit along the way with who knows what. Sometimes you think you're buying heroin but you are buying something else (fentanyl, crushed pills, SAND).

I know from experience that heroin produces dependance ALOT quicker than morphine, and a few people I know can attest to that as well.

If heroin was available like morphine is, regulated and widley used medically, than yes it would be alot safer. But heroin is illegal, and the people who make it don't do so because they really like heroin and think there should be top notch dope available to anyone who wants, just for the love of the drug, they do so for one reason and one reason alone: MONEY.

Until heroin is decriminalized (never, ever going to happen. At least in America), than it will continue to be a risky drug to use.
 
^^^ Flipout, why even bother? You are just wasting space. We are trying to have a worthwhile look at the differences and similarities between these two drugs. Are you actually and idiot or do you just like to act like one?
 
Thank you for reading my posts :) I dont know how usual smack is around your way, but over here its gone far far outta control. I just cant warn you people enough about the concequences that you will have to face in the future if you choose this path of life. Think about it, getting high isnt the only aspect of life, and shooting up smack will really turn your life into shite, if it is shite already, It will double the amount of shite.

Aids, prostitution, arm infections, getting raped by shitheads, more prostitution, sick withdrawals, loosing your family and friends, junk buds dying of overdose, and in the end, you die by an OD yourself, is not the fucking way to go, and avoiding heroin is a very good choice

i chose the heroin way of life and i have never done or had ANY of those things happen to me. don't believe everything u hear.
 
i am 21 years old and was in the heroin life for 4-5 years. and don't say thats not long enough to know what its like, cause it is. i'm sure you prolly thought i was a heroin noob still in the honeymoon phase or something like that. i no longer do heroin now tho, i am on suboxone. i didn't quit because heroin was ruining my life, i quit because I chose to. because its just not worth it to do a drug all the time. the drug itself isn't nearly as bad as most make it out to be. its mostly the prohibition of the drug and other drugs that cause nearly all the problems associated with it. there are people who can use heroin and other addictive drugs and not have their lives ruined. it is likely to happen to alot of people tho, especially with illegal addictive drugs like coke, meth, and heroin, because the prohibition and lifestyle caused by this slowly eats away at people.

ok i take that back, i just read over that again, i did have ONE of those things happen to me, withdrawal, but that is obvious since i was addicted to heroin. you can't do heroin or other opiates everyday and not have some kind of withdrawal.

people may as well avoid every drug then:\ the things you listed aren't just limited to people using heroin.

don't get me wrong, i do respect your thoughts.
 
Aye, the risk may not be in the drug itself, but the tolerance-increasing nature, and the fucking addictiveness of drugs like crack, meth and heroin. You can avoid those drugs, and still have goood times on other substances. Especially Heroin have caused me lots of pain, never used it myself, but lost a couple loved ones on it, and still tryin to get my girlfriend off the needle, thats maybe why I hate it so fucking bad. I meen, she's seen her brother die on it, and she still cant quit. I cant understand how something like that can seem tempting, thats all
 
it's totally understandable why you think that, i'm sorry you've had the misfortune. meth and benzos have caused me an exponential amount of pain but i still respect them and enjoy taking them. no one drug is better than any other in my opinion. of course other people don't agree, and that's their opinion. whatever those other drugs you would use instead of heroin, meth and crack, there would be some people out there who would avoid those and rather use heroin, meth or crack.

i wish you the best of luck with helping your girlfriend out. perhaps you could show her this site so she could gain a little more knowledge on what she's apparently doing to herself.
 
Heroin's way better. Snorted, it lasts a really long time, while IV'd produces a great high that, for me, lasted at least 4 hours.

Morphine is OK for someone with 0 tolerance...but it's kind of whack when compared to dope.
 
I like them both but Heroin is far superior. Nothing can compare to rush I get from Iv heroin IMO. I wish I could feel like that all the time , I tried very hard too far a long time but I've been shying away from opiates more and more lately. The withdrawl's are such a bitch and I'm tired of subjecting myself to them.

I got basically the same story man, except im 20 and only been doing the shitfor 2 years...but im on suboxone also and just wanna say this...

They say in NA, once is too many, 1000 is never enough...i find that true with opiates...yo quit for a month or two, and figure you can just do it once a month or something for now on...so you do it, and a week later you spent all the money you saved that month you were clean, your arms are FUCKED, everyone who started trusting you again (family...) have picked up on your relapse...To the people who used t be hooked and can honestly now do opiates recreationally, i trulely envy you...i however cant, and dont think most people can either.....

anyway, once your clean on opiates...once is too many, 1000 is never enough.
 
^oh i know man. i strongly believe i COULD use once and not go back into using but i don't feel like taking that chance. i've been clean nearly 9 months now and don't plan on using anytime soon.

I'm on it right now and i just came to the conclusion that its overrated
ya it feels good but not as much as i expected
i definitely prefer mdma
and u no i had so much sleep and now i feel super tired
i feel really heavy and im on the verge of a headache/vomit
opiates arnt for me ill go back to my lines of K
