Detox Morphine taper

Hello
Im currently on 400mg morphine orally
I have to stop using in 2 months
Can you recommend a taper schedule?
I plan to reduce it by 50mg every week until 200mg, than more slowly 25mg per week or less
In the end of June I plan to use rapid bupe taper -- basically using bupe for a 3-4 days. and than stop opiates and use Lyrica (pregabalin) for a weeks and maybe some kratom.
any tips, suggestions, advises from practice?
Or maybe I should start bupe taper in 4 weeks when I stabilze on 200mg?
For me the taper is hard psychologically, you always want to increase the dose, espesically when you have easy access to meds.

i think its most of the time its sort of individualized, so as many details as you can give is good, but you know yourself best. I think that what you want to focus on more so is techniques to prevent relapse.

Plan it out on paper. Don't be afraid to pause or go back a step if you need to. Stay on that dose until stable and then continue as planned. Find another way to reward yourself. It's tough but be tough with it. There's usually someone around to talk to on here if you need to.
