Morphine Sulphate Rectal administration help

Hi everyone i'm new to this forum and wondering if someone could help me out. I recently came into some purple generic 30mg ms contin er and was wondering how I would go about administering this rectally(if possible). I dissolved about 15 mg in 6 or 8 mL of water but found alot of floating particles that didnt dissolve. I know the morphine is soluble but what about the particles(wax matrix and shit)? The reason I ask is because I know the bioavailability of ms is shit in pill form and i'm not interested in dying from injection. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The bio rectally is EXACTLY THE SAME. The ONLY way to increase it, other than via injection, is to compound it with Chitin, a polysaccharide which if compounded correctly can boost it to the 90th percentile.

It is not easy to do even if you could easily find medical grade, and to do it with only a few tablets would be insane.

As far as the wax matrix, there are umpteenth threads on how to prepare them for injection, cop a thread and you will negate that problem but...


Simply take it orally...you will be better off in the end.
 
Yeah orally seems to be the way to go. I'm an experienced IV'er, but also very paranoid I may get particles in my shot through one of the extraction methods so i'm sticking to whats safe. Thanks alot for the response
 
The mean bioavailability of rectal morphine was 31% (range 12%–61%)

If you are on the top end of this range you will get far more out of rectal administration that you will orally.

ie:
12%> BA rectal >61%
BA oral ~25%

Prepare your shot exactly the same as you would to inject. Then just plug it without the needle. There is stacks of information on BL regarding prep.

The study dealt with rectal preperations properly administered, not preppred ER tabs.

Furthermore, the mean is the number people count on. If a person is trying to make an educated guess they have no choice but to work with it, This is why the best bet is always to use as directed.
 
Gees, I presented the facts.

If you cannot be bothered preparing your morphine to be plugged, then the best ROA is to eat them or poke them in your belly button.

I would plug morphine anyday over oral. Way faster onset, way better hit. I do however find though it irritates my asshole quite bad! BURN!

There are only three drugs that I swear by plugging, Dihydrocodeine, Morphine, and Oxymorphone(opana's).
