You can't do it like a regular pill because it will gel. There is no easy way to do this, and I wouldn't even attempt to do it without a micron filter. Here is one method, but as you will see it's not that easy. This thread on it doesn't seem to be that safe.
If you ever heat the pills (which you shouldn't which is why I wouldn't bother trying to IV MS Contin) you must absolutely wait several minutes for the solution to cool down before drawing it up through the filter. Otherwise you are letting the dissolved particles get through the filter, and then precipitate back out of the solution once in your veins, and then they will be deposited somewhere in your circulatory system where they can cause various problems.
I think that the best compromise is to plug it. It has a high BA that way, and you don't have to worry about that crap in your veins. The method for prepping it for plugging it to just let it sit in water overnight, then draw up and stick up bum.

It's not safe to IV morphine ER pills.
I wrote a guide with instructions on how to prep them for rectal use to reduce harm from people trying to IV these dangerous pills, they cannot be IV'd safely. Don't apply heat to a solution containing morphine.

yea these things are practically impossible to inject, let alone do it safely. before i knew this i tried to bang one of the 60mg orange ones and it turned into goo as soon as i put a little water on it. was quite dissapointed as morphine IV is one of my fav higs.
id just bump them or sell/trade for something you can IV like a roxy or dope.
