Are you trying to consume solutions that are made for injection? Anything that's made for injection is perfectly safe to take orally, you just have to make sure you measure out the dose you're going to take, because solutions made for injection are usually much stronger than other formulations

Do you recommend dissolve in water first? I have small bottles 10mg/1ml. Per rectum for better bioavailability is an option or better oral?

No need to dissolve, just if you want to avoid the bitter taste.
I did morphine rectal, imo intranasal (just let the water evaporate and you get fine crystals) is better but as with oral only around 30% bioavailability. Yet rectal wasn't really stronger either. A conversion to diamorphine would be nice but probably involves hard to get chems.

If you're not tolerant to opioids watch the dosage!

I’ve decided to go I.M. What starting dose will be safe to take? Is 10mg ok? I have very low tolerance for opio, for 2 weeks I’m taking 200mg tramadol prolongest release one per day. My body weight is around 65kg. Thanks in advance!

10mg will be fine, equals to around 30mg oral. 200mg tramadol are 20mg oral morphine. Calculator here
