Opioids Morphine Sulfate 20mg/ml

So I happened to come across a bottle of liquid morphine sulfate (20mg/ml). I have tried reading a bunch of stuff on it, however, not a lot of people seem to come across something as potent as this (supposedly). I have taken one mL of it (20mg), and placed it under my tongue for 5 minutes, then swallowed the rest...

My question is, is this the best way to go about using this drug? I know some people have held "plugging" in high regard, however, if sublingual administration works ALMOST as good, then I would rather not stick it in my ass.

Any info would be great.


PS: 20mg was really mellow after holding it under the tongue for 5 minutes and swallowing. I was hoping for more of a "speedy" feel that comes from doing oxycodone, but this was just as good if not better. Got me motivated to do work and work I did! Came on fairly quick too, 20-25 minutes.

My grandmother had some of the 25mg per ml stuff left over from when she got sick. I ended up with the bottle cus she didn't want it anymore. I ended up banging pretty much all of it with absolutely zero negative effects. I wouldn't reccomend banging anything, especially this stuff, but it should work absolutely fine the way you intend on taking it.

I have this incredibly large aversion to needles. Granted i've done a couple steroid cycles, intravenous injections just scare the shit out of me.
So sublingual sounds like the only actual route that works for me.

Sublingual morphine is one of the better ways to use it. It should work quite well. You could also try making a nasal sprayer, too, if it's the clear, unflavoured stuff. Or dry it down to a powder with gentle heat.

Takign it orally has only ~30% bioavailibility, around half as effective as sublingual/nasal.

Interesting, I was under the impression that nasal bioavailibility was lower than oral. If I were to evaporate it into a powder, how would you recommend doing this. I have about 100 mL of the stuff and I wouldnt mind to experiment a little bit.


EDIT: I should mention, unfortunately, this shit is raspberry flavored. So banging this is completely out of the question.

You probably can't evaporate it then either, it will turn into goo if there's any sugar or thickeners in it.

Aww, unfortunate. I went up to about 80mg sublingually for 10 minutes then swallowed the rest. It was a great time.

i have a BUNCH of similar stuff except mine is 20mg/5ml. I'm pretty sure mine is strictly an oral solution, although of course you can let it sit under your tung or plug it.. the stuff i have isn't flavored, but its a blue syrup and tastes like nasty medicine. taking 60mg or 15 ml of the stuff is pretty awesome with little to no tolerance. the only thing is. the stuff i have was prescribed to someone back in 2010. its 2014 now so its 4 years old..it seems to still be just as potent but i'm not quite sure how long i can hold onto it for. i have about 3 pints of it (3 500ml bottles) and i could easily hold onto this stuff for another year or so with the rate of my use. but i don't want it to go bad..

Dont worry about that amount of time passing, I once had someone give me a bottle of very old percocets, the fill date was 1996 and I got the bottle in 2009!!! I was a bit concerned they would not work, but after taking 4 of them, they were exactly the same as taking percs fresh from the pharmacy!
