Opioids Morphine Redosing

Hi guys, im just wondering how long one should wait to redose to feel the rush of morphine. Also i know that morphine is soluble in 60mg/ml so if i use 100 units for 2 15mg morphine sulfate tablets can i use that water to wash through another one for a total of 45 mg? I would need like 150 units for 3 tablets and id like it all in one shot.

24 hours between each dose at the minimum is recommended if you want to keep opiate tolerance somewhat in check, so your doses can last a long time, with a nice rush, and an all day afterglow.
 
Well sometimes ill wait 4 hours but i know thats not enough. Dxm really keeps my tolerance on check. I normally only dose like 3 days out of a month though so my tolerance isn't that massive.
 
Ah, I thought you meant you used opiates daily. I have no idea, in that case...
 
No i don't, but tolerance set aside is it plausible to rush after 3 hours? I don't understand my tolerance because sometimes it feels just as strong when i do one or two. And will that washing one with a shot with 30mgs in the water?
 
I have no experience with ROA's other than the oral and sublingual ones, so I can't help you there. Maybe someone else can chime in and share their experiences?

Hopefully because i haven't read much about that at all and it seem like theoretically it might work. I've been wondering for some time now.
 
well you'll need a bigger barell than the classic 1cc, normally you can get é;5cc's which work just fine... as for redosing, i don't know exactly how long you have too wait to feel a proper rush, but usully i won't redose before 12 hours fter my last shot and that works fine for me
 
I'm no longer an IV morphine user, but there are some important steps you should take to ensure harm reduction and also increase efficiency. Redosing frequency varies on a case by case, patient by patient basis. There are many factors in addition to tolerance that effect this.

With rectal morphine I redose rectally as soon as I notice the first dose is wearing off, which for me is around 3-4 hours which has the bonus of maintaining euphoria and non-therapeutic positive side effects. To maintain optimum analgesia, I redose about every 4-6 hours minimum depending on how many times I've redosed that day and the dosage amounts themselves.

If I'm not in a place where I can plug every 4-6 hours, I'll plug my morning dose then use Morphine ER orally to get through the day until I can plug it again.
