Morphine Patches

if you are correct that it's morphine and 12mcg/hour no one would feel anything. more likely fentanyl at 12mcg/hour or a higher dose if it is morphine.

I have never heard of morphine coming in patches. Perhaps you mean fentanyl, which has 12.5mcg/hour patches? Either way, these are very different drugs, and you should probably find out for certain exactly what you're getting.

Yeah my bad, they're fentanyl he said morphine but just been and met him and they're fentanyl patches - 12mcg/hour.

I opted to buy 10 diazis instead though in the end as I feel I'll get more use out of them and I had a subby yesterday so wouldn't get full effect anyway.

fentanyl is very dangerous. it's only used for high tolerance patients or to bring about general anaesthesia.

fentanyl patches are really hard to come by at leeast in my world... they are like a diamond in the rough haha but when they do show up the prices people sell them for don't make it even worth it.

Ever had a morphine lollipop?

there are morphine patches, though, not widely available or at all anymore. Phosphagenics were trialling transdermal morphine patches going back as far as 2007.

Phosphagenics Limited (“Phosphagenics”) (ASX: POH) (AIM: PSG) announced today that it
has extended its transdermal technology by successfully incorporating its patented
TPM/Morphine formulation into an occlusive patch system. Phosphagenics will re-commence
its clinical phase 2 trials in the first half of 2007 examining its application in the management
of chronic pain.

Be really careful with fentanyl patches. Killed many people, including several BLers and my boyfriend (most likely) and he was opiate-smart. Fentanyl is a shitty high really anyway, definitely not worth the risk:benefit ratio..

Fent is so dangerous because a piece of gel the size of a matchhead smoked can KO some people. You keep chasing the rush and all of a sudden you stop breathing. I had a close call when my gf's first aid kit I found had some patches her mom had snagged from her hospice job. I got into that shit quick. Luckily I had a good tolerance. But seriously it's not worth the withdrawls. Got so sick I turned green and was hallucinating, worst WDs ever.
