The Naltrexone doesn't need to be separated from the buprenorphine. You can shoot up just as you would any other drug. The Naltrexone, at its dose and potency it isn't effective enough to produce the antagonist effects when IV'd. Simply mix spoon with water & powder, light it up just a little to give out heat. Then you know the rest.
