Morphine Dosage

I picked up several morphine IR pills and was wondering what a good oral dosage would be for an opiate tolerant individual. Right now, I usually use 20-30mg of oral Oxycodone IR.

I tried using a narcotic converter but apparently 20mg of oral oxycodone is equal to 240mg of oral morphine which I find to be just a little off.

about 60mgs would be a good start remember you can always take more but you can never take less. be careful and have fun.

I don't know if I'd call an oxy habit at 20-30mg an opiate tolerant.

but anywayz, if you're taking the morphine oral, I'd go for between 60-90mg. closer to the 60mg range though.

I'm also on 230mg of methadone daily.

But for some reason, I can still somewhat get a little buzz going when I take a quarter to half of an OC 80.

Now I'm gonna try it with morphine and see what happens.

Yes I relapsed after 3 months clean and I'm not too happy about it. I have an appointment to see my methadone doctor soon and he's probably gonna raise my dose another 10mg.

I don't think thats possible, to still feel something when you're on that much methadone. but I dn't know too much about it, I always heard past 80mg it pretty much blocks other opiates though.

Throwing the methadone into the equation makes estimating the dosage impossible. I'm pretty sure the opiate blocking properties of methadone really take effect around the 80mg range. It might be a waste of your time taking these pills. If nothing else though I'd say you should IV them. That might not be your bag, but hey, I calls em like I sees em. IR morphine pills are significantly rarer than the continuous release variety. That and the bioavailability difference is pretty significant, so considering your tolerance is sky high based upon your usage and your methadone maintenance IVing the pills is at least more cost effective.

For the sake of harm reduction though, I would never recommend IV'ing pills

wow, I didn't know this. I have noticed the past two months that walgreens haven't had my IR morphine, in the 15 or 30mg dosages. but they do always have my CR morphine 30mg, which are the ABG's and shoot up just fine if you do 1ML of water per pill.

i think oxy is 1.5 times stronger than morphine, so if you take 30mg oxy try 45mg morphine... and if you plug morphine the BA goes up from 40 to 60%

Re morphine, codeine and kratom

I like to relax Sundays, what sort of amounts of the above, either isolated or combined would give me a pleasant non addicting experience.

I'd like to establish rules for my use.

I have used each substance at low levels a few times. For the past 2 weeks I have not.

Main thing is being healthy and avoiding addiction, so what would be considered a good regime, once per week max, sometimes less?
