morphine amps

Hi this is my first thread so please forgive any mistakes cos they are mistakes and not sposed to break any rules or cause offense. Until now I have been readng and learning there is some top info here.
Anyways this cat I know has managed to get hold of 30 mg(may actually be 50 mg) amps of morphine sulphate whereas he intended to get 30mg Morphine Sulphate tablets. Well he is in quite a mess cos he is not and never has been and iv/im type of person where he got em I know not and do not wanna but it was not his local department stores so a quick replacement is not possible. So what he is asking all and sundry is can you do as you do as with ket vials ie boil it up to a powder (I apologise if i explain badly) but he is desperate and I thought if anyone would know a reasonably straightforward way to transform his liquid amps to powder it would be those clever cats down at Bluelight.
As I said I hope all is worded ok and can only apologize if any inadvertent mistakes were made.
Any help at all even if only to say its impossible would be aces as my cat is getting himself in a total twist y'know.

"This cat" needs to make sure his first step is to figure out if they are 30mg or 50mg ampules.
