Opioids Morphine 60mg, plugged.

I was wanting to ask a question for someone else. If you have a low tolerance for opioids but dabble a little with xanax, oxycodone and soma...will this be too much to plug. Even if this person just plugged 60mg morphine last night....if you do it again today your chances of OD'ing are slim to none correct?
