I find myself posting here, in order to gain clarity on Morning Glory Seeds; more specifically the side effects of these seeds.
I have spent at least 3 hours reading various trip reports, some claiming nausea, leg cramps, puking, and diarrhea. However some of the reports claimed to have employed techniques which either, reduced the side effects, or completely removed them. From reading the reports, the worst side effects came from the cold extraction of the LSA, and the subdued effects coming from crushing the seeds, then consuming them, or mixing them into something, like yogurt.
My question is two-fold, firstly, what is the most effective method to employ with these to avoid the side effects? Secondly, is there a way to have a shorter trip on these?
