Concerta this time, I took it at 10pm, needed to get my online summer school work finished. Don't ask why I didn't just go to sleep and wait until the morning to take it, because I'm not sure either. The second I swallowed it I thought, "Damn." Oh well, 2:30 AM now, and I need to sleep. I took and Emergen-C pack, those things with a load of vit c and you just stir it in with water, because I've heard/read it can help get stims out of your system quicker, they act as a natural anti-histamine. Anything else I can do? No access to diphenhydramine, melatonin, or anything that will help me sleep. Would overloading myself with vitamin - C work? Or is that a waste of time? I have a bottle of Promethazine VC syrup, but that contains Phenergan and Phenylephrine. Spelling might be off but you get the idea, so the phenylephrine probably would screw up the sedating effects of the Phenergan, right? All input helps, thanks in advance.

I have some multivitamins with Magnesium in them.. but it's a multivitamin so it has all these other vitamins in it as well, would taking this help me get a little more tired at any extent?
