more methadone questions

so im not to stable at my dose im good for about 6 hours but after that i been using vicodin the past few days....im pretty fucking groggy today and will be even more tired after I get done working out. Can I take 15mg of adderall and a few vics and be better?

I dunno why my dose of methadone wont get raised other than the fact I take benzos and the clinic doesn't like it.

@bananas and oranges yeah that is mad low regarding methadone treatment. Are you getting treatment for free or anything?

Not sure how it works at your clinic, but at mine, you can either talk tot he doc and tell him how your feeling and then move up or down like 5mg.

or if you use heroin and test positive on UA's they will move you up. 30mg is really low..not even close to a blockign dose..don;'t really get whiy any clinic would maintain at that.
