Which is actually worse for your heart, coke or meth? Coke has the reputation but meth is known as being very dangerous too.

depends on the quantity and frequency of use. i would say if you were talking about a one time use of both drugs seperately then meth woul probly be worse as it would keep your heart goin pippity-pip-pip-boom-pip-pat for the entire day and coke would speed your heart up for an hour or 2 depending and then it would be gone

^^ Yeah, alot of factors come into play. How much you use of each, how long you're using them, even your environment could make your heart speed up. I know when I'm coked out with friends my heart goes way faster because we're jumpin around all tweaked and shit.. When I'm coked out alone I'll kinda roll around on my bed listening to music and watching movies.... LoL
Right now I'm on straight Amphetamines and I can tell you my pulse is fairly weak, but my heart is beating at a slightly faster speed than normal. I haven't slept in 24 hours either.....

Scientifically I am not sure, as opiates are my first love. But I do dabble with cocaine and amphetamines on the occasion, and in my experience while the amphetamine do last much longer, a proper coke session usually leaves my heart beating much faster, albeit for a shorter time, than a decent dose of amphetamine. I definitely prefer amphetamine overall, but a shot of coke here and there is indeed fantastic. Ah well, off topic and no help. Sorrrryz

methamphetamine, hands down!

much more powerful pscyho-stim.

meth induces a stronger heartbeat, higher blood pressure, elevates body temperature, much more severe anorexia and insomnia, more paranoia, and psychotic behavior.

I'd say it's also more addictive, especially in the long-term - it's psychological dependence liability is similar to (or greater than) strong opiates such as heroin or morphine IMO.

this is an easy one.

It has no dick! It has no dick! i just be touching them boys all day every day
Thanks for sharing.

Coke is more cardiotoxic, and easier to OD on. In pretty much every other way meth is worse for you, but at least it isn't a 30 minute high with a horrible comedown.

I've never done Meth but when I do coke it doesn't increase my heart rate by much. It just makes my heart beat harder.
From my knowledge I would say meth is MUCH worse for you then cocaine is.

Meth is much longer-acting and increases dopamine way more, though coke seems to be worse on the heart for some reason. I'm sure the danger of both could be reduced by taking them orally as opposed to snorted/smoked/IV'd.

Meth is more dangerous in every way. I can't think of one thing that makes cocaine worse for you.

shooting cocaine is more dangerous than shooting meth, and cocaine affects sigma receptors at higher doses making it easy to have seziures if you take too much(easier than meth).

also crack cocaine is more addictive(because its a 5 minute high) than crystal meth.
