so i have come in to ownership of some moon rocks. now the main question is whats the best way to break them up into a powder, because i know that i don't have the self control to just eat/lick what i need and i know I'll overdo it and fuck myself up for the next few days. also anything else i need to know? I'm assuming that since it's a solid rock that it's uncut and its purity is dependent more on how well it was synthesized.

Just weigh the rocks, weigh out your dose 100-150mg. And eat that shit. No need to break them into a powder.

Very often a "moonrock" is a load of MDMA salt fused "melted" together.
Its quite easy to add a cut and refuse. You can also hydrate (add water) to MDMA crystals.
If you like I can post some pics of what big MDMA crystals should look like. They are rare to see as a commercial product.
Maybe you could post an image of what youve got?

Put the rocks in a baggy, and then into a plastic bag, like a Tesco's bag or something. Crush it with a book, crush it with a hammer, whatever floats your boat. Weigh it up for your dose and there you go,
Please make sure you test your MDMA first. Just because it's a rock doesn't mean it is uncut. I recently had a rather large rock of MDMA (7g) and although it did fuck me up it definitely tasted ever so slightly sweet, meaning a sugar cut in my opinion.
The look, taste or anything superficial is no way to test MDMA, get a test kit.

if u have even slight experience with mdma ud probs be able to judge quality. if its a big gigantic brown sticky licorice smelling rock then u got some bomb shit most likely as compared to the shitty white stuff thats powdered and way more stimulating/cut with speed. and like the other guy said just put it in a bag and crush it, or cut a chunk off and weigh it then break it up on a table or somethin

I have 2 batches here. One of them tested already and turned dark purple with EZ test in a matter of seconds. However I do realise this doesn't mean it's not cut. Although the taste is unmistakable and 100mg is lots of fun, doesn't feel speedy.
I still need to test the other.
Would be nice to see some pics of confirmed MDMA.

Strutter, I've already told you this but you can literally SEE where they fused smaller crystals together to make that large one in the first pic. Same thing happened in the second pic, the third is how it SHOULD look.
To make "Moon Rocks" or crystals of that size, you need to take smaller crystals, heat them up and press them together. They fuse together and create a larger crystal... now, the only reason to do this is to add a cut to the drug like MSM, which you can heat up with the MDMA and it will actually fuse together in the same crystal.
When you make MDMA through clandestine procedures, you WILL have small (pure) crystals of MDMA. The only way you could get crystals the size of what Strutter had is if they were either re-rocked or cut down with MSM
The best MDxx I've EVER had as an EXTREMELY pure white powder. It was the highest quality product I've ever seen, and am likely to ever see again.
Your crystals look pretty damn dirty, I wouldn't take that before washing off all those impurities. MDMA should be white, not fucking brown lol

Already had this conversation with you Folley. I said the first one dabbed slightly sweet so assumed whoever had it before my dealer added sugar and rerocked. That adds weight, how much was added I can't say, but I still was fucked.

Pure MDMA is a clear odorless crystal. The smell and visual aspects of MDMA come from impurities, not from the drug itself.
and as for the "MDMA only comes in small crystals", when you make MDMA 99% of chemists use the HCL gassing technique... it is extremely fast and the easiest thing to do to turn your MDMA freebase into the HCL salt form. Almost all chemists do this, and this process WILL make very small crystals of MDMA. If you want the big crystals like the ones you have, you need to melt it down and either add a cut or re-rock it into larger chunks.
I don't mean any disrespect to you, but let's not continue to pass along the long standing myths about "Moon Rocks" and large MDMA crystals when basic science tells us that they are completely wrong.

If you don't want to consume unwashed MDMA that's your perogative my friend, but not everyone has access to pharm grade MDMA. You know yourself MDMA can come in brown, grey, purpleish, orangeish, white and clear, and most people will come accross these colours when they buy it.
MDMA does not stop at clear crystals and you know this...
You have no idea if its stepped on just because it's a rock; why do you think most bulk buy rocks come in the right size? 7g rocks all coincidence? What about 3.5? You don't know ( and nor do I ) what the person's reasoning is for doing it, could simply be for ease of dealing weights. I clearly stated I felt my first batch was sweet and I think it had sugar in it, but the MDMA itself was fine.
Regardless, as you know, appearence is no way to qualify if it's good MDMA or not. I've seen friends' MDMA that was white and powdered and by their own admittance it was awful.
Show me where I said big rocks of MDMA = quality MDMA by the way? Thats just what I always get.

Not everyone has access to Pharm grade MDMA... but EVERYONE has access to Isopropyl alcohol which can be used to clean dirty brown MDMA into a much higher quality version.

Not trying to step in, but I always thought that absolutely pure mdma was a powder, and if you smoke it you get the crystals.
