Opioids monkey nipping dilaudid/hydromorphone??

what is monkey nipping? Is it safe to do this with dilaudid/hydromorphone? I just got alot of 8mg and my friend said anyway buy IVing them is a waste but i dont do that... someone told me about monkey nipping but i have no clue what that is. Im used to using oxy but can only get the OP and those suck big time. Thanks for any help

dillies suck orally. I'd go with snorting, but then again OP, your friend was right. IV is the only way to get the most out of 'em.

^IV is the only way to get the most out of any drug but most users still feel the risk/harm outweigh the reward.

I don't think anyone here is going to know your friend's slang so I'm going to close this. The main R'sOA for this drug are oral, intranasal, rectal and intravenous and so if you want information on one or all of those, use the directory and/or search... There has been endless discussion on hydromorphone around here.

It has been brought to my attention by someone in your general area (HighonLife) that the term likely means mixing the dilaudid in water and snorting it like is commonly done as an IV-alternative with tar heroin.

I don't see why this would have many advantages over simply snorting except to dehydrate the nasal mucosa less and I suspect its more of a cultural practice in the area that necessary/practical but I'll open this back up for discussion.

im pretty sure its a variation of monkey's blood. its when you mix a solution for IV but squirt it up your nose instead of shooting it. its for tar, where you cant snort it normally. there is no need to do that with a pill. just fucking plug it if you wont IV it.

Don't cuss people out man. Also, what do you mean by "if you won't IV it".... You shouldn't ever encourage people to IV anything. that's a dick thing to say and really stupid to encourage that act. I always tell people NEVER to IV no matter what. it's just an extra addiction that no one really has the need for. quit talkin shit, now you got poop all over your lips. poop-lips.

Despite the irony/hypocrisy I *strongly* agree, NEVER directly or indirectly encourage IV use.

thats what it is, mix it like you were gonna shot it buy then snort it... I know that if you use a nasal cleanse before you snort something it can make it the absorption faster, hmmm thanks for the replies.

i would chuck the diluaded...in pill form shit is useless risk outwieghs reward...i would just swallow the hydro....people act like 7-10% bioavailabilty is gonna take you to the moon..

try plugging, the nasal mucosa cant absorb hydrom well enough for it to be worth it. and shooting is just a bad idea IMO, especially if you havent started yet, its best to just keep it that way. look up plugging guide as there are many on this forum and all over the internet. itll work way better than snorting or monkey nipping or whatever lol

THANK YOU!! I know people love to get high and love to encourage others to get high but I.V. is NOT the way to go. I happen to be an I.V. drug user and I would never tell anyone to shoot anything in their veins. its horrible for you. Plus if you read it correctly, i didn't call that person a dick until later on in my rant, stay safe y'all!
