Pretty much what the title says. Has anyone else been in this position? and also whats the worst that can happen to me legal wise. im 16. I have no idea what to do. All i know is that i fucked up :(
 
You've not fucked up mate you been caught. While you're under her roof she sets the rules. Talk to her, she won't like it, and blast you with what she hears and reads in the media but at the end of the day until you've got you're on place she's the boss. For fuck sake don't lie and blame everyone else. Stand tall take it like an adult and you'll be fine
 
Thats true. We kind of talked about it but she was to pissed off and sad so i didnt say much, and i did kinda lie. Not really but I just didnt tell her i use it i said that I was gonna sell them. Whats worrying me is that she said she was gonna go to the school so they can get the guy who i got them from so im not sure if I should snitch or not. Im just really confused on what to do right now
 
Legally: depends what country/state you live in, how many pills you have, and the total mass of the pills.

I personally wouldn't snitch, but I'm not entirely sure your situation. In the end though, it is always best not to snitch the vast majority of the time.

Imo, that's a dick move; throwing someone else under the bus because you screwed up and got caught? Ultimately the choice is up to you but if I were in your position (with parents like yours) I wouldn't say who I got them from and just accept whatever punishment.

I didn't ever get caught when I lived at home but my mom did ask one time if I used ecstasy and I told her yes, she told me to be safe, and that was that.
 
Dude bite the bullet and take the fall. telling on somebody to save your ass? You messed up and got caught, so just deal with it like a man should. hope she dosent ground you for to long.
 
Most likely i wont even though thatll probably get me in more trouble at least with my parents. And I dont live in a place where itll be smart to snitch cause I dont know who that guy is involved with. So ill take all the punishment and deal with it cause it is my fault either way. But still fml :\ this sucks. and if anything i say doesnt make sense sorry my mind is just all over the place right now
 
it entered my mind because she asked me who i got them from, but i didnt say shit so dont worry i didnt snitch.

and i know no one forced me to like i said earlier its my fault cause im the dumbass that bought them and got caught.

I have a little lock box and i kept them in there. I went to my friends house and forgot to take the key with me so she got the key opened the box and and saw them
 
Next time put your stuff somewhere a little less conspicuous. Of course she is going to wonder what is inside your locked box. :)

All you can do now is accept responsibility for your own actions, and next time don't hide things where you are obviously trying to hide stuff. ;)
 
haha yeah i know. that was just the best place i could put it cause she always goes through my stuff.
 
fess up, thats all you can do, if you want to lessen the damage go with the " I was curious, but then I got to scared to even try one" but can't garuntee that will work. if it wasn't your first time do not admit to anything that they havent accused you of. only admit to what they allready know. I hate giving this advice really, I have kids that will be teenagers in a couple years.

I know when I was living home if my parents would have found anydrugs they would not even ask where I got them...unless they wanted some. They are quite familiar with what happens to snitches, especially my dad being in the "hoticulture buisness" when I was young
 
This actually happened to me in my senior year of high school, fortunately I was 18 and my mom didn't do much in the way of punishment. My mom went through my wallet and found two of the most amazing rolls I had ever gotten in my life, suffice to say I lost the pills and had a very upset mother. Best bet is to talk it other with her, show her that you won't ever do it again (even if you do plan on doing it again), try and gain back her trust and that's that.

Oh and don't snitch it could just make things worse.
