Mom arrested for using heroin in Taco Bell restroom

The difference between shooting up in taco bell, and shooting up in your house is the chances of getting caught.

of course that's true. On the other hand, this is heroin, not weed. You can't always choose when or where to take it.

Speaking hypothetically: the chances of getting caught shooting up in an opaque stall are minuscule. These guys must have been careless somehow: like the woman at the 7-11 a month ago that was constipated and started yelling on the toilet like she was having a root canal.

hahahahahaha i use to live in cincy. i know this bitch and this story isnt a surprise. lol!! glad i moved outta that town, just in time!! see, everyone in that town is on dogfood man.

Yea, but nodding out in public when you're with your baby that's in a stroller will likely cause people to call the police.

Flush the rig when you're done, yes it can clog a toilet, but fuck it, it ain't like you own taco bell.

Yes, it is very different.

The difference between shooting up in taco bell, and shooting up in your house is the chances of getting caught. If a parent wants to use very sparingly in the privacy of their own home, while their kid is being watched, then I don't mind that much. I also don't mind much if they have a sitter over and are using over at a close friends house every other month. But once you are using in public places, that increases the risk of getting arrested. If a parent gets arrested, that definitely negatively affects the kid, since they can't watch the kid, and will have a lot less money after getting it all sorted out.

See this comes from me an ex-heroin addict (I still use occasionally so really I am still an addict) who used for about 6 years... I have no respect for people who use infront of their children. I understand they have an addiction but if they truly loved them they would give up. I am giving up for my girlfriend because I love her... so why can't it be done for someone's child... probably because they love the drug more than the child! Sorry but that's the truth!

I'm nobody to talk cuz I've been fired from jobs due to nodding, but some people can hold it together enough to be continually functional (ensure steady supply, dose responsibly, etc.)

The set of all junkies intersects with the set of all public nodders, but it's not entirely contained in that set. There are junkies that aren't public nodders. I've never met any, but they must exist.

listen numbers guy, these people got caught because they were not acting in regard to their own (legal and medical) safety or their child's. they probably were in the same bathroom sharin shots like TP; talkin, cookin and droolin. these people MIGHT be decent but almost every single little iota of evidence in this thing(and lacey's eloquent monologue) makes them out to be reckless waterheads. fuck 'em

I'm not saying they should give this particular female the Nobel prize for motherhood, but do you really believe both parents were in the same Taco Bell ladies room with the baby at the same time? Cooking the dope on the baby's applesauce spoon? Gutting unused diapers for filter?

Has nobody here ever shot up in a public bathroom while someone else is in the dining area watching the kid? It's quite complex:

1) Notify significant other you're going to the bathroom.
2) Enter stall
3) Discreetly prepare and administer one dose heroin.
4) Emerge from bathroom
5) Continue life

Well in their case it was most likely;

1) Drive to the hood to pick up dope with small child in car
2) Decide to stop in a taco bell to boot up instead of waiting til they got home
3) Non-discreetly preparing and shooting up shot (enough that others notice and call police)
4) Emerge from bathroom
5) Get locked up

people try and get to much mileage out of their rigs imo. One thing about me is I always make sure some pig isnt going to catch me riding dirty, lol. If say Im going to pick up 18 opana 20s I am fully ready to swallow everyone of them. If OD fuck it, its better then getting fucked with multiple felonies, hands down

My cousin and I used to use heroin everyday. He was the connect, I was the money, one day he had his 6 month old daughter. He made me, and him, wait for 3 hours until the mother got home to go grab our dope, and we were both about 36 hours into a very nice withdrawl.

So no, I have no respect for these people

PS: We did cop our dope, and shot up at a mini-mart, alone.

Definitely not cool to have the kids around.

I myself try not to be nodding out around other people, but who isn't guilty of doing a little too much when they in a situation they shouldn't have. I mean just the other day I was nodding out into my dinner plate right next to my mom. That was very very stupid of me. Thank goodness my mother is not very wise in the field of drugs.

The needle was found in the child's stroller, wasn't it?

How come the mother was arrested for possession and not the child? They got the wrong person! :p
