Molly with crystals?

Hey friends. My girl has some new Molly that she swears by. Says its mostly still in crystal form and is reallly intense. I'm by no means an MDMA expert, can anyone tell me if this sounds like pure MDMA or something else? If so, please explain thoughts/joy/risks. Thanks guys! Much help.
