Molly Testing

I'm new to forum and have 3 Questions for you all. The first one is the one I'm most interested in if you can help that'd be great!
1. When testing molly, how much do you need to use to perform a Mecke test?

2. What does it mean if molly has clumped into bigger crystals? Is that a warning sign or is there nothing to worry about?

3. Is there a way to test how pure molly is (not trying to perform an elaborate analysis, im talkin about using the dancesafe kit or such)? Or do you simply try it and gauge by the experience?

1. all you need is a tiny grain to perform a test. you can use more though
2. Molly can be in crystal shards, or powder. It can still be molly
3. No, test kits do not determine strenth or purity. Instant color change with bubbling fizz is typical with more pure, but the reaction times can vary based on temperature, and age of the kit.

I would also add that you should be careful if you're only using the Mecke. It's far more sensitive then the Marquis, and because of this it can be difficult at times to weed out stuff that is cut. Make sure it is a dark puddle, and doesn't look watery or swirly.

^ and the color change is instant. I had some fake molly once that had a little bit of brown color in it, but it was mostly green (eww), I thought the brown color looked like molly from my experience, but I've also had pipes with green specks...

Sure enough, when I tested it with my marquis, it had nasty fizz at first, after 1-2 seconds it went a yellowish color, and then a jet black over the next couple seconds. The bubbling should happen with an instant color change, always, not after like my test. I took it anyway just to confirm my suspicion, and it didn't feel like MDxx at all to me. I did take a good pressed pill later that night though and felt much better
