Molly Tested Positive but I Hardly Felt the Roll?

Anyways, I recently came up on some "molly" around my area. The capsules were around 3/4ths full and the substance itself was not powdery. It was semi-rough, and pebbly, and was an off white/beige color. Before I purchased, I made sure to test in front of the guy, and the results came out great!
Marquis bubbled slightly and immediately turned a dark purple/ black color. Mecke reaction went from the original green to dark blue/purple (almost looked black) instantly. The Simons turned from the original reagent color to a blue.

From my experience, this usually indicates a good product. Well, last night I decided to try it out and I dropped a capsule and dissolved half of another with water and also chugged it down. (I was on an empty stomach, and had not touched any sort of drug for almost 8 months prior to this.) I waited excitedly to feel the wonderful effects we've all come to appreciate, but it never got to that point. In 4 hours, all I felt was a brief feeling as though I was finally coming up, but then it faded quickly. I felt a slight buzz, had minor jaw clenching, a slight body high, enlarged pupils, increased heart-rate, the whole shebang. Yet nothing ever came close to that euphoric, intense high.

Was the product cut to hell, was it the quality, or what? If the product had been cut, the test kit would have picked it up, wouldn't it?
 
What's your mdma tolerance like?

Also im not entirely familiar with USA but most capsules of 'molly' are a .1g?

Maybe if it was cut with an inactive cut, the test result come up good but maybe you needed more like 120mg of it due to the cut.
 
Ha! I had a similar experience recently - 1st batch of pills were great, then I got the 2nd batch, a lighter shade of green but STILL tested + on marquis. I just figured they'd used less dye. Anyway I got EXACTLY what you described, a feeling of coming up, enlarged pupils....but no buzz! Eventually I just stared at lights and I knew I was under the influence of MDMA but in a crappy as weird way, like I'd had a Coors Light or something. I am guessing the cook got fcked up at some point.

I'm sure we've had at some point weed that smelled like weed, looked like weed, burned like weed, but the hit came on very slightly then died immediately. Could be same thing with a crap cook up of MDMA.
 
A reagent just tells if there's MDMA in it or not, it doesn't tell how much mg's in there. You could have a speed pill with only 2mg of MDMA, and it would turn positive for MDMA.

^ That's not true. It would test as speed, there is like 300mg of binder in a pill... there needs to be enough MDMA to be able to make a decent reaction with only <5mg of the pill

plus if it was a speed pill with only a small amount of MDMA, the speed reaction would certainly cover up the MDMA reaction. I can pull pics from pillreports to prove that... it's more worrying when the MDMA is cut with a non reacting chemical though, like piperazines or 5-MeO-DiPT, because then the MDMA reaction wouldn't get covered by another's
 
Yeh I understand what you mean, well take that away lol, I just meant I know it's possible to trick a reagent test so it turns positive for MDxx, forgot the speed would react too.

My point was just that a positive for MDxx on a reagent test doesn't mean shit, as far as how much MDMA is in there it could be 2mg or 158mg, since like you said (which I got wrong I'm no profestional in react/non react chemicals lol), it could be cut with non reactive shit to fool people. So basically they could sell u a bunk pill with 2mg of MDMA, market it as 180mg super good rolls, accept test kits and you would think it's legit, until you try it out.
 
There are a few other chemicals that can test similar to MDxx on a reagent, but in reality only MDxx gives that clean deep purple/black reaction we all know and love. It's possible to fake a pill, but it's HARD AS SHIT to do it in any economical way.

The only way you can really get a positive reaction for MDMA, is to put a good dose of MDMA in it.. they can put other chemicals in after, but it couldn't be much more than the MDMA, or the test wouldn't come out right...

As you can see, that last pill that was tested only has slightly more meth than MDMA, almost the same amount... but the reagent for that pill looks GROSS as the Women of Walmart lmao

The marquis reagent is great for that sort of thing :) but you're right, unfortunately there are still ways to cheat the test kit
 
My tolerance isn't the lowest, considering I've been rolling for a couple years now. My rolls are always very spaced apart, though. Since I hardly have time for anything, I'll roll twice a year now if I'm lucky. Due to the low MDXX content in pills floating around Cali for the past year and a half, (considering you find legitimate pills), I've had to double drop most of the time to actually get a good roll.
At this point I'm leaning towards it being a definite low dose, though I won't pursue it since paying a higher price for Molly that has the same mdxx content as most crappy presses here now seems ridiculous to me.
