Molly Gel Caps

So this is my first time consuming Molly in Gel caps. My question is do i just swallow the Gel cap or do i break it apart and eat it that way

Put it on your tongue and swallow it down with liquid, do it quickly you dont want that shit dissolving in your mouth, will make you gag like fuck. Imagine eating wet sad full of chemicals, thats what it tastes and feels like on your tongue.

Ive let one disolve on my tongue. It takes about 45 seconds. Only difference is when you swallow strait away you dont taste it.
