The first couple times of molly are the best experiences, care for impulsive decision chasing that high, I believe I have a way to roll monkey balls safely.
You're worried about long term effects?
I get a bad feeling when you talk about spacing 2 weeks apart from your rolls. In my opinion that's not enough time between rolls. There's plenty of speculation on whether or not there is permanent damage to the brain but I believe one thing is certain, mdma/e is very hard on the brain and the body. Your tolerance goes up, and your comedowns get worse the more you use it without appropriate breaks. I do not recommend doing coke or heavy drinking the day after rolling, that's more junk your brain has to go through.
Take it easy on the molly and save it for VERY special occasions; taking that you're worried about potential long term side effects and want to take every precaution necessary to ensure harm reduction. I would space it out every 3-6 months.
Your comedowns might not be as bad right now because you just started but later down the road, you will experience a comedown you won't soon forget, so it's good to take measures to minimize the damage.
I only ever roll once or twice a year at raves. part of my rule. every time I do it it's heaven on earth.
Yea you can space it out once every month and feel just fine but does that mean you should? stuff catches up with you eventually..

How I preload
I preload on 5-HTP about 6 months in advance so I get the full benefits of the 5-HTP. I like to think of it like super charging your brain with serotonin, so when the time comes for me to party, I harvest beautiful blossoms of serotonin. Don't take the 5-HTP day of or the day after, bad practice to do that. This coupled with exercise and a healthy life style should keep you in the clear. Also vitamins help keep your brain in tip top shape for the wreck, giving it like a shield.. in a sense.
I preload like this not just to get a good roll but a better/more intense/safer type of roll.. the comedowns are WAY easier to go through.. even if it is overkill.
Preloading on 5-HTP days in advance won't do much, you have to preload months in advance to really notice the difference.
How I postload
Get home, take vitamins, drink orange juice, smoke some weed, get some sleep.
Wake up, eat, shower or whatever and recover. Good food too, not junk food.
Save the 5-HTP for 24 hours after the roll. Take it every day until you feel normal again then move it to every other day.
Dosing
Pace yourself. There are many different ways to dose. There are many different threads on this subject. What I do is take a pop or two and that's usually enough for the night. If you're going to redose make sure to redose within the hour of the initial dose. Re-dose equal or less of the initial dose, anymore won't really do much imo.
I think you should space out your rolls ATLEAST 1 month apart, mdma will stay fresh for months, maybe even years in a dry cool place ( I wouldn't know but I'd imagine so..) I recommend to space it out once every 3 months if you want to do it often to reduce the amount of harm on your brain/body. I know there are people that pop mollies like candy but that doesn't mean you should too, every body and brain reacts differently.
Also. Roll at one of those big ole rave festivals, one of the best places to roll ime, if you're into that scene.
