mold on my (poppy) pods!

i just got my case of poppies in mail today and was dissappointed to see a few of them had mold on them. i have never had this happen befor so i was wondering if there is any way to salvage them or should i just be safe and throw them out? any input is appriciated.

I say just scrape off all the mold you can, blend them and boil them.

I have no clue how dangerous this is.
Maybe try half a cup and see if you get sick or anything.
