Meth Moderate exercise + meth

That sounds like an oversimplification, and probably a scare tactic. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, which is what happens when your myocardium is overworked, will cause conductance abnormalities which could lead to a pacemaker. Anabolic steroids also cause hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. This takes a long time, and clearly I was on that road until I stopped the meth.

I worked in a cardiology department way back before I ever got into stimulants, and another "bad thing" they would talk about in relation to meth users was pulmonary hypertension. I guess it's particularly nasty and there is nothing much they can do about it and people die from it. Again not sure if it was just scare mongering or how prevalent it was in the patients they saw who were chronic methamphetamine users but pulmonary hypertension does not sound fun.

I've used and abused meth/amphetamines for decades. Throughout that time period, I've consistently engaged in moderate-aggressive cardio on them without issue. That said, I do follow rules: I always stay insanely hydrated, and I'll only exercise a minimum of 8 hours after my last dose. Anything before that is asking for trouble IMO. I read where people pop addy's and then go to the gym immediately afterwards, and that's just a recipe for disaster IMO.
