Mobile phones: What do you have? What do you waaaant?

I currently have a barred phone, and I would prefer a working one. I can't find my stupid bill.
 
I have a basic phone, a nokia 6600 slide. it does basic functions and it's really small. i like to wear tight pants and it fits in my pocket, even when im sitting
 
Im on the 3rd week of having my nokia5800 xpress music. Best phone i've ever owned. There are a few things nokia left out, like mark multiple and a torch. But 3rd party developers are all over it and my phones already full of apps.

For $400 i would reccomend it to anybody.
Btw, im typing this on it now.
 
^ I saw the N97 yesterday and we should be receiving it sometime this week. It was okay, quite large. I'd take an iPhone anyday though.
 
I like the qwerty keyboard, plenty of expandable memory, turn by turn gps and decent camera, but i still went with the iPhone. :)

My contract isn't up until October but I called Vodafone today and they said I could get a new phone now. Thank god because my piece of shit N95 is about to die. Now, what to choose...
 
my HTC touch diamond carked it last week... wouldnt pick up a signal...

so it getting sent back this week... hopefully they cant fix it and i can get a samsung i617
 
So insurance is replacing my N95 8Gb with the N85 - since I must have dropped it on the weekend at a festival and someone got it and turned it off.

I really loved my old phone but reading reviews the N85 definitely isn't a downgrade, has some upgraded features. It seems the same or better in every aspect except the camera amplifies colours which my old phone (n73) used to do which I found quite annoying. Oh well.
 
For those of you who are thinking about getting the Nokia N97, be careful. The up and down slide keyboard is dodgy as fuck. Mine broke within two weeks.. Started to lose connection, then some of the button's died and did nothing at all...

I took it back to Vodafone and the guy said they had a few of them come back with the same problem....:/

Ive gone back to my N95 8gig (IMO better than the N97 anyway)
 
Looking at a new phone for work, been checking out the N97 or possibly an iphone.

GurnEr, was yours the standard N97 or the new mini?

One thing I have noticed about all the demos and stuff on the web about phones? None of them show you how to use the fucking things as phones! der! Show all the other features!!!

Mine was the standard N97.
