Mixmag - "Methoxetamine = roflcoptr" - *MUST READ*

I agree. What exactly should I put? I'd do 'MUST READ' but it seems a little coercive and forceful. Might work though.

Ah cmon we've had decades of anti-drug sensationalism shoved down our throats...it should be easy to come up with something sensational enough to warrant a click...

Perhaps. As much as I hate ALL CAPS titles....In these circumstances it might actually be justified

Sam, that link you posted to my thread takes you to the second page, so people won't see my OP. If you just delete "?p=10296093" from the end of the link it should work fine. Ta.

It's done. I even stole teacher's red biro to write it in. Now we're covered on all fronts, pretty much.

I feel like the front of the methoxetamine megathread should be copypasted or at least a link to the latest one...I realise we'd be doubling up on thread links and shit but since this thread tops google it really ought to be an oracle for methoxetamine information, or links to it.

Perhaps a complaint to the http://www.pcc.org.uk/ may be in order? It seems built for this sort of thing, however the quality of UK journalism has me sceptical of their powers

Well bugger me if that hasn't changed a damn thing on google! Have they got a cache'd version of the title or something? (With regards to the *MUST READ* title).

I've checked their code of conduct. Believe it or not, it's hard to see how this is covered. But they have a pre-complaint advice line I'm ringing tomorrow to see if it is worth pursuing that way.

Yeh! It'll change soon. Google merely presents summaries of what was there the last time it slid past sitting low in the driver's seat with its hat pulled down over its eyes.

Nice one.

Somewhat ironically, this delay is wht got us such good info from the linkedin page.

Goddamnit Russell, now I'm all angry again.

It's become a bit of a monster hasn't it? This thread I mean. A two-headed monster, what with Vader's thread linked in the first post.

Transform, you've played an integral role in shaping its progress so I'll reiterate my thanks to you. The commitment to HR demonstrated in this thread has been phenomenal.

I must say, I don't think the average non-BLer is going to read past the end of the first page, it might even be worth having a summary of the events, and the link to a good information resource is crucial IMO.

Edit: can I just say, if you don't have everything on your profile set to "friends only" at the very least, you are a fool. You should encourage your friends to do the same because there's some golden photos of you out there!

We've totally got our own little gang of Virtual Vigilanties ^_^

Absolutely. It's great isn't it? I wouldn't mess with any of this lot. :)

As for a summary of events, maybe it'd be useful to do something like that. I don't know. I like the way it unfolds organically as it were*, though I agree that some people might not be inspired to read the whole thing. Even if they only make it to the first page they're still warned (via the link to Vader's thread), which is the most immediate concern.

*Yes, 'organically' and 'as it were'. Yes, pretentious mumbo-jumbo. Yes, shoot me.

and 'Absolutely'

yeah yeah absoloooutely.. :D

Since you said your dad drove you to school with Mario Lanza on I think of you with an overbite and lisp rather than in
skin tight black jeans.

My dad never drove me to school. Which is pretty handy seeing as he would likely have been very drunk. That's another story though, and perhaps one for Jeremy Kyle rather than Bluelight.

laug
...ar

arrrrr

lol sigh.. ahhh I laughed so much... I need to change me clean jimmys now yer tosser. Just the thought of you reading that cracked me up.

Re Dads: Well my dad was either on cocaine and drunk when he drove me to school or in the nick so he couldnt !! I dont know which is worse!

A man with an overbite and a lisp can wear skin tight black jeans.

In fact the jeans would help shift the focus of attention away from an overbite and speech impediment to other, more flauntable elements of someone's appearance.
