Mixing Xanax, cocaine, MDMA, weed, and alcohol?

A friend did this last month, all sufficient amounts of each especially the molly and Xanax, what would be the after affects of all this? Any long term damage? She has had some heart/chest pain
 
Xanax and cocaine is a good mix if the Xanax dose was low as it'll take the edge off.

MDMA providing it was tested would be a waste to mix with downers and cocaine. Weed is the best to mix with it and maybe some downers on the comedown. Small amount of alcohol is fine as well.

Cocaine and alcohol makes a cardio toxic by product which is dangerous in high doses.

This is a pointless combination. You can get much more out of those drugs by dosing differently.
 
Sorry for the late reply but it's understood that's a pointless combo, uppers and downers mixed would take away from each drugs experience. The question was what specific effects would all that have on the body afterwards?
 
mixing all that is like mixing a sleeping pill and chasing it with coffee whats the point?
 
Seems like kind of a waste. The downers counteract the uppers. Just stick to one next time. If your heart hurts and your having shortness of breathe go to the doctor immediately. Doesn't sound like a safe cpmbo but doesn't sound like a combo that would kill you.
 
Yes everyone I am aware this is a waste, downers and uppers contradict each other and you're not getting each drugs full experience, I KNOW. The question was not if this combo was pointless. The question was what would be the after effects on the body?
 
Does your heart/chest still hurt? Any shallow breaths or difficulty when breathing? If you have no symtoms you should be fine. But if you do have any physical symptoms go to the hospital.

If none of them were taken in stupid amounts then your body will be able to metabolize them all with no lasting effects. Each drug has its effect on the body and mixing drugs puts a bigger strain on your body but as long as the amounts were not really high then no its very unlikely that any long term damage was done.

The weed and cocaine could lead to a tightness in the chest (if the user is not a regular user) but the MDMA (if it was tested) - Alcohol - Xanax shouldn't really cause that many problems. If your friend has been partying hard then its natural to feel a bit rough after the party ends.

It's not actually such an absurd mix as people do combine MDMA / Alcohol / Coke then weed Xanax to chill. MDMA and Coke is a waste - either use a bump of coke to come up or wait until your coming down from the MDMA before using cocaine. The rest would simply suit your mood.
