Mixing Vicodin, lyrica, ambien, and beer

I'm slightly concerned about mixing all these drugs....
I have taken 800mg of lyrica, 8 5/500 Vicodins, and drank a 12oz beer that's 5.9% Alc
I'm wondering if I can safely take 2, 5mg ambien without killing myself...
If anyone has done this cocktail please tell me how it was!
I'd like information if you think it's pushing the limit or if I'm good to go! I think it would be a kick ass combo

My mother takes methadone, ativan, ambien, norco, and wine.

But she's built up an incredible tolerance. At 73, the meds she takes would definitely kill me. I can't even drink half what she does in a night. I guess she'd be better suited to answer your question but she's standing there in the dining room, talking to the wall. Earlier she tried to flush her dentures down the toilet and she had a really good explanation for it. I just couldn't make out a single word she said. I don't think the wall she's talking to understands her, either.

Good luck with your combo cocktail. I hope you don't end up like my ma.

This is all bad in so many ways... I will start with pointing out the acetaminophen in the Vicodin being a bad idea to take with beer..... Someone else get the rest.

Seriously drugs are not a joke... Don't come on here asking about cocktails that will possibly kill you... Actually do so one day you don't and stop thinking about them and possible help warn others about the possible deadly consequences.

Edit: Wait... You took 4000 mg of acetaminophen with you Vicodin. 4x the amount you are supposed to take at once... As well as the maximum amount that is recommended to not go over in a 24 hour period. I seriously recommend you do some research yourself before you kill yourself with this reckless drug use.

Furthermore, Lyrica and alcohol potentiate each other, as well as Zolpidem does with the both. So yeah, you definitely should not take the Ambien.
Even all the other substances together (exception maybe Lyrica+Alcohol) are pretty dangerous when combined unless you want to end up with liverdisease...

This is a quick way to off yourself. I've seen 2 threads in the last few days about people dying after mixing opes, downers, and alcohol, benzo's too. Do you really want your mom having to find your body and post on BL on your behalf that she found you in respiratory arrest all blue and shit??? Please, I don't even know you and I am worried about you. Think about your loved ones.

C'mon dude, at this point is the zolpidem even necessary to out yourself to sleep (I'm hoping to god you don't want to just add another CNS depressant to the mix just to get a little bit higher...). In short, NO, this is not safe. Don't do it!

Here's the deal, I take a ton of really strong medicines for my chronic pain and only recently have I been prescribed Ambien for sleep probems. I take one 10mg tablet a night and it kicks my ass. If I don't fall asleep within an hour or so, I can come off as reasonably normal but I'm whacked out of my mind. I can do stuff I don't remember, say things I don't remember and please don't ever get behind the wheel of a car like that! I don't know what it is about Ambien but it really affects the brain in ways crazy amounts of narcotics can't even touch. So, my advice is that if you continue to take those other meds on a regular basis, forget about the Ambien. For some reason, if you do insist on taking it, please be with someone you trust and be in a safe place. Like I said, even though you may appear pretty "with it", you seriously won't be. Just be careful. If it alls goes wrong, you won't be taking anything else or even have decisions like this to make ever again - think about it.

In addition to the danger of mixing this cocktail of depressants together - you're talking about mixing alcohol with 4000mg (4 grams) of APAP (Tylenol).

4000mg is the maximum amount of APAP you can safely take but since you're mixing it with alcohol you're risking serious liver damage in addition to the extreme danger caused by CNS depressant combinations.

Do not take any more depressants (that means don't take the Ambien/zolpidem). Do not drink any more alcohol.

Seriously, mixing the Lyrica with the hydrocodone (Vicodin) and alcohol is extremely dangerous by itself. You took a large dose of hydrocodone (40mg).

This is a basic combination question and belongs in Basic Drug Discussion.

Is anyone else reminded of Heath Ledger when reading this thread?

It's reminding me of another Bluelighter who just died a few days ago from mixing Ambien, oxycodone and clonazepam :(. They had just been posting trying to decide whether to take the Ambien. Mixing CNS depressants is extremely risky and the number one cause of fatal overdoses. I have no idea what your tolerance is but please don't add any more drugs into this mix. Even if someone else came along and said they'd tried this exact combo and was ok, what would that prove? Just that they were very lucky or that they had an outrageous tolerance, not that it would be safe for you.

Please let us know if you're ok.

4000mg spread out over 24 hours, I'd say 1500mg MAX taken at once. If you are a regular drinker then IMO that's even too much.

Oh who died?
OP- How did it go? You okay???

leave out the beer it will make you black out iwth all those drugs.... smoke weed instead

Thanks for all the good advice I didn't end up taking the ambien that night and I don't ever drink I was just in a odd mood for a beer so I had my brother buy me 1 at the store when he got me cigarettes but after the lyrica took over I was out completely and left the bottle of ambien on the table untouched but now I realize what a fucking stupid idea it was to take all that.... Thanks again for all the great feedback!
