mixing ups and downs with booze

Hey all. SWIM has a few questions. Ok well SWIM enjoys their crystal on a daily basis, then at night takes vals and codeine with a few strong drinks and is wondering if this is a dangerous mix? Also has the odd spliff thrown into the mix. Also worried that there heart it pounding much harder then when only on the crystal.
Any insight would be appreciated

Hey, we don't use swim here.


Doing meth every day isn't healthy, neither is drinking. Meth & alcohol together can be taxing on the heart.

I hate to sound dramatic but benzos + alcohol is an extremely dangerous mix. In all seriousness, this is a common method of suicide. I would definitely stop mixing downers if I were you.
